Government has Enterprise and We the People have the vision of Liberty Bell, a symbol of freedom.

You each are a unique individual, fearfully and awesomely created. Each one of us is acutely perceptive. The Liberty Bell is more than a symbol of freedom. Most of us experience a profound almost multi-sensory experience when we bring it to our minds. It produces a sense of awe within our heart to the degree that many of us experience a phenomenon known as Synesthesia. In your mind, listen to the sound of the Liberty Bell ringing its song of freedom. When you listen to its sweet melody you will probably see the Liberty Bell. “All the people saw the sounds – they ‘saw’ what is ordinarily heard, and they heard what is ordinarily seen.”

Since the beginning of time, existence consists of space and time. Time – past and future – is rooted in the dual tug-of-war (tension) and resolution. You are reading this article because deep down in your gut you know that something is very wrong within the government. You may not be able to articulate it, but you know to some degree something is wrong. It is this tension within your very being that is seeking a solution or resolution. Each of us is seeking peace and balance as we live out this life within the backdrop of tension and resolution. Yet, try as we might, tranquility is defying us right now. We are all familiar with the struggle, for instance, between personal standards and the demands from the national and international marketplace?

The Liberty Bell stands as a testimony not only to survival but to transcendence. This shining brass bell can calm the current political anxiety in our lives and provides a vehicle of hope where we can discover the secret to finding peace in all our endeavors.

Agitation

We need to face it, most of us are feeling agitated, the result of being in one place when you aspire to be in another.

Seemingly you have only two possible solutions to resolve this tension surrounding the political atmosphere of life: Either you cease aspiring, hence no more anxiety. Or you resign yourself to the fact that you will also be anxious about things that you cannot acquire such as freedom.  Many of us have spent years in different ways wrestling the corruption which abounds until today when we find ourselves in state of utter dissonance.

Are you agitated with the current state of affairs within our government? Is their a dissonance within you soul after your have repeated tried to express your desires to your contractually bound representation? Why is your voice running into a brick wall?

Our system of government was established on three pillars: The Judicial, the Executive, and the Legislative. In years past these branches of government checked and balanced each other.

The Crack

The Philadelphia Public Ledger takes up the story in its February 26, 1846 publication:
“The old Independence Bell rang its last clear note on Monday last in honor of the birthday of Washington and now hangs in the great city steeple irreparably cracked and dumb. .. It gave out clear notes and loud, and appeared to be in excellent condition until noon, when it received a sort of compound fracture in a zig-zag direction through one of its sides which put it completely out of tune and left it a mere wreck of what it was.”

And so it was with our balanced form of government cracked through the formation of agencies, bureaus, and administrations all acting outside our constitutional form of checks and balances. Each one of these is accountable to nobody but their friends. The power given to these agencies, bureaus, administrations etc… a situation so dire that your Representatives and Senators fear them. Power and money have corrupted and our for the most part our public servants are ensnared in conflict-of-interest stemming from various nefarious sources outside our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Anything beyond the original three branches of government: Judicial, Executive, and Legislative is a tool of tyranny. These three branches are all that are needed to protect the rights of free people. Anymore than these might be a means for a few to dominate the many which is what we are all sick of, its why you are reading this article.

Liberty Bell cannot be created to attack government. Let them destruct on their own. But as it comes to the surface that they are a joke, this is putting a little free-market enterprise into political action.

Liberty Bell also cannot be a clique of a few freedom lovers. It has to be wide-spread, rising tide, societal and cultural change. We must winning the hearts and minds of the people in our community by establishing trust and respect.

History of the Liberty Bell

Tradition tells of a bell chime that changed the world on July 8, 1776, when the Liberty Bell rang out from the tower of Independence Hall summoning the citizens of Philadelphia to hear the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence by Colonel John Nixon.

Once again the Liberty Bell is ringing. It began in Alaska when some people concerned about their Second Amendment rights contacted Schaeffer Cox and they sat down to discuss the matter at Denny’s in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Bell as Symbol

To this day, oppressed groups come to Philadelphia to give voice to their plight, at the Liberty Bell, proclaiming their call for liberty. And it shall be a jubilee unto you, and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return each man unto his family.

There is however a third solution. Our balance is found within the balance of energy: All of existence vibrates with pulsating energy. When we learn to recognize it, this energy manifests itself all around us – in light and sound, in your heartbeat and your breath, in your dreams and in your realism, in your tension and your resolve. The secret of this balance is your tension and resolution, yearning and returning, speaking and listening, exhaling and inhaling, contraction and expansion, action and reaction.
In order to create balance between two states of being – the present state and the one you aspire to – The secret of balance is, then, about discovering the rhythm that lies within the different forces in our lives. Like a dance, life is about cadence – learning how to navigate the vicissitudes, the rise and fall of the waves, to and fro, First you reach and yearn to something greater, then you return and internalize it, usually with challenge. The tension in our lives is, then, really a necessary step that propels us to reach a greater place.

God Given Rights are understood by the common man, they can not be altered, and they cannot be taken away. Our Liberty Bell Declaration was created so that you have a principle to rally around. It is a Declaration to tell others that they are not alone, we stand united together.

If there is a Liberty Bell Declaration there must be an enemy.   And would that be?

Our Liberty Bell Declaration is based on two laws, yes you heard right, two laws, that is it period.

1. Do all that you have agreed to do, basis for all Contract Law
2. Don’t encroach on other people and their property basis of all Criminal Law.

When somebody is encroaching upon you I am going to come to your aide. Because when somebody assaults you they are assaulting the very principle of our freedom. We are going to help each other out like good neighbors. We have a common interest in defending our liberty because if that gets out of hand we are both in trouble.

Face it, government makes allot of promises like telling you that they will protect you. Can you honestly think of even one instance when the government has lived up to their promises? Just one? What about hope & change? Didn’t think so….

You are all familiar with getting permission, licensing, and registration from “the man”. This totally doesn’t require you to get the man’s blessings; you don’t have to kiss the ring or worship Caesar. You don’t have to talk to your Legislator, or get sheriff on board.
This is a way you can just start doing what is right, and put out an open invitation for anyone else to join you.  This does not require us to do this long list of things which makes our heart sink to get the crooks uncrookified, that is a tall order. Let’s say you were stopped by a Highway Trooper. He says, “Get out of your car I want to search your vehicle. You say: “Sir, you have a constitution restriction on searching my car unless you do it the proper way. He says: “Hands on the vehicle I am going to tazer you”.

Momentarily hundreds or more of Liberty Bell’ers come to your aide. All equipped with documenting apparatus: video cameras, recorders, tape recorders and the link.

Those troops get wicked polite in a real hurry with hundreds of people watching and ensure they do things the constitutional and proper way.

This is a way for us to keep our government accountable. It is only right.

Defend All. Aggress None.

The Liberty Bell took all these individuals that signed this Declaration and created a group that will not let anyone be singled out or denied their Constitution rights. That is something we just did. We did not have to ask anyone’s permission. This is our natural right.
Make sure that you put out an open invitation to everyone you know towards freedom through self-governance.

To secure our God given rights governments are instituted among men.

Shamefully today our government is a joke. They are so broke nobody will bail them out. They have so many balls in the air that it is all going to come crashing down on them. They have one foot in the grave and one foot on a banana peel, and quite frankly they can’t keep this up. It would be the height of ignorance and arrogance to think that the fate of our Republic would be any different than all the Republics and Empires in all of human history that got to right where we are today with this totalitarian regime and not have it crash. All previous Empires rose and fell, all of them. This is particularly true when you have human beings trying to play god and they can’t quite do it so they imploded on themselves and try to take us down with them. This is where we are folks, plain and simple.
We don’t need to gun down the beast. The only entity that is strong enough to destroy this beast that is lording over us is that very beast of tyranny itself. That beast is doing a plenty good job at destroying itself right now without our help.
SYE: Save your energy! Instead of trying to salvage and save what we know in our guts is beyond repair get ready to rebuild. Ahh! What a relief. We don’t have to unpickle the pickle. We can get a new cucumber.

Today law is force and governments today are using the Law of Force to hurt innocent people. The only time that The Law of Force is appropriate whether you are an individual or a government is to defend, never to aggress. The whole world today has lost sight of law being a defensive mechanism. All we see is law as a way to hurt others, a way to exert coercion and force over others.

The Common Law court is not taking any cases against the government. The Liberty Bell Common Law Court is just building respect, becoming more accepted, more and more cherished. The Liberty Bell Common Law Court resonates with people because they cannot get justice anywhere else. To think one can get justice elsewhere is laughable.  Once again this concept understandable to the common man and makes sense.

Redemptive Process

Common Law is a redemptive process that demands restitution. The damaged party is restored to its previous undamaged state by the offending individuals. The violator redeems himself by providing restoration to the victim.

In Common Law the jury must be unanimous because if the jury applies itself the outcome will be a knowable outcome to all the jurists.

Outlaws

Just like in the old Western movies there can be an outlaw. If a person decides not to abide by the conclusion of the jury they can choose to be an “outlaw,” a person with no legal standing, outside the law. If a person chooses this option it is permanent and they can never change their mind, they will always be considered an outlaw. The court will then not be of available or assistance to them in their time of trouble. And when” it all comes down”, this court may be the only functioning form of government protection.

Tyranny of the mob is as bad as tyranny of the elite because they are faceless.

Militia

The recent Continental Congress discovered that the States are in violation of the Second Amendment because of our absence of citizen militias. It is our own fault. Each state, each county needs able bodied armed and well trained men to defend our God given rights. These armed and well trained men must be ready to speak to the government in their language, the Law of Force. You know what the militia is? A militia is anybody with a gun and a conscious. A militia member values their freedom and the freedom of their neighbor. Don’t let the media or the current government persuading you that they are anything else. Each militia member has a sense of duty to their fellow countrymen. The only place safe for military force is the militia because each person in the militia is restrained by his own conscious. The militia is not a Command and Control System but a Command and Suggest or (information) System. If your conscious compels you then do it. We don’t have that our current military structure.

Bottom line:

The Liberty Bell alternative: is bowing to Caesar, kissing the ring, and begging for change.

You know in your heart this is true.

Your mission should you choose to accept freedom is to guard the seeds of liberty. Carry those seeds through the fire of natural consequences from our run amok government. Shelter and protect those seeds. Carry those seeds through the blazing fire and plant those precious gems of seeds in the fertile soil when the smoke clears, so that there can be hope once again. Hope of a brighter day after the devastation we are witnessing today.

The first instance of a word in the Bible sets the tone for its meaning. The first time free is used in Exodus 21:2: “If you buy a Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.” The Bible defines free חפשׁי (chophshîy) as free from slavery, taxes and obligations. The Bible describes freedom as:

• The state of being free, liberty, self-determination, absence of restraint, opposite of slavery
  The power of acting, in the character of a moral personality, according to the dictates of the will, without check, hindrance, or prohibition than such as may be imposed by just and necessary laws and duties of societal life.

Breach of Contract: According the Black’s Legal Dictionary, Sixth Volume:
Failure, without legal excuse to perform any promise which forms the whole or part of a contract. Prevention or hindrance by party to contract of any occurrence or performance requisite under the contract for the creation or continuance of a right in favor of the other party or the discharge of a duty by him. The unequivocal, distinct and absolute refusal to perform the contractual agreement.
