USDA Releases Global Swine Bio-Weapon

When Pigs Fly Around the World

From Russia to your local county fair the news is buzzing that Swine Flu is ready to go global. For those awaiting a biological release of some kind many diseases have already been released from secretive biological warfare facilities around the world. Is there more to the story about the news from the WHO, FAO, CDC and your county fair declaring that the swine flu is coming back with a vengeance? In reality, according to the UN Code, swine are considered an “invasive  species” (invasive & species are two separate links) and now that RIO+21 is over they seek to eradicate humans, swine, and other domesticated animal populations from the earth. An Invasive Species Partnership quietly began eliminating feral swine and then progressed a few years ago eradicating domesticated swine, even pets, as they partner in the RIO+21 manifesto utilizing an Agenda 21 toolkit.

Michigan and other states are now a blaze with DNR employees hunting down the elusive feral pigs. Illinois is shutting down the Swine barns at local fairs  because supposedly, despite pre-fair health inspections by veterinarian’s they mysteriously came down with fevers. In New York the County fair cancels pig races. Supposedly  Influenza A (H1N1) is increasing in “healthy show pigs“.  The CDC is issuing a 31-page lunatic warning despite conflicting scientific opinions on the harm swine flu might cause in humans, nevertheless, warning that children, elderly, and almost everyone, should avoid the animal barns because you  catch the flu or die!  What would warrant such a crazy warning? A weaponized influenza or the perfect fear mechanism!

What is the history of the Swine Biological Release?

On the other side of the world two swine viruses pop up on occasion: Classical Swine Fever and African Swine Fever. Before 2000 most instances were the Classical Swine Fever except for outbreaks in Africa. But after the year 2000 increasing incidents in of African Swine Fever outside of Africa were seen. During 2007 the areas of interest had an outbreak with the Rosselkhoznadzor [Federal Agency of Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance-Russia’s Health Watch-Dog] taking preventive measures, but they did not have the desired efficiency, according to a note at ProMedMail. These two viruses have also been of keen interest to Plum Island Bio-Weapon Laboratories owned and operated by Homeland Security since 2003. ASF is a virus transmitted by contaminated people or the normal vector routes:

Back on August 1, 2008 while most people were enjoying a nice summer Plum Island website commenced am international ‘’research project’ under the guise of Foreign Animal Disease Vaccinations and Diagnostics. The research was to study African Swine Fever (ASFV) as well as Classical Swine Fever and to conduct ‘biological counter-measures’.

The study was to identify and recruit qualified scientists from the Republic of Georgia to come to Plum Island for the purpose of acquiring knowledge and development of molecular biological skill sets. Furthermore, development of such skilled sets according the PIADC website is, “will be applied to ASF research and development through ongoing Classical Swine Fever vaccination discovery”. ASFV is a look-a-like virus to CSFV (genetically modified creation) which was previously studied at the biological warfare laboratory PIADC. The research will initiate planning activities, basic research, and ‘vaccination’. The program was a collaborative effort between the United States and the Republic of Georgia. The research will be supported by the USDA-DOE through an inter-agency agreement administered through Oakridge Institute of Science and Education (ORISE).

All smiles as Ignacio Fernandez-Sainz, postdoctoral student in veterinary medicine and microbiology plays with pathogenic Swine Fever at Homeland Security’s Plum Island Bio-Warfare Center in coordination with ORAU and ORISE.

During the first half of August 2008 the Republic of Georgia was having an outbreak of African Swine Fever. Bashkiria introduced a quarantine. This was in conjunction with the announcement that the Republic of Georgia would be sending scientists to Plum Island Biological Warfare Laboratory in the US for training especially for African Swine Fever, amongst other pathogens. Most people trained at Plum Island become so contaminated that they cannot go into the field according to APHIS Smith-Kilborne Program and personal testimony of Dr; Leonard Eldridge, Washington State’s Veterinarian. It is likely weaponized ASF was transported back to the Republic of Georgia along with contaminated scientists. It is remotely possible that the area was dealing with an endemic occasional outbreak.

ASF then spread from the Republic of Georgia to Russia’s North Caucasus republic of North Ossetia during their conflagration. By the first of August a preliminary report was issued and a Declaration of Emergency was declared from the infection that may have been brought in by wild boars (North Ossetia neighbors the region of Georgia where an African swine fever outbreak last year killed 20,000 pigs) killing 5000 wild boars in Ossetia. Between August and October a number of feral pigs succumbed to the virus and hundreds more had been culled to avert spreading the virus.

In May 2010 the OIE met to adjust the Terrestrial Animal Health Code adding to the Code a section on feral swine and in particular African Swine Fever Prevention Guidelines.

According to the Moscow Times, by July 2011, African Swine Fever had reached Central Russia and possibly all European parts of the county said the Chief Veterinarian.

This diagram kind of has a tick-like look to it

This slide was extracted from a 2012 NIAA presentation given by Lisa J. Becton, DVM, MS and my only comment is, “Oh really? Possible spread?” As the African Swine Virus was already sweeping across Russia and Europe.

Here is another slide from the same presentation:

According to a presentation given by Lisa J. Becton, DVM, MS, Director of Swine Health Information and Research given at the 2012 NIAA Conference in March that a disease that has never been in the US, except that we know from documentation that Plum Island had and experimented with the virus.

We also know that there is Research and Development list as current as April 16, 2012 on ASF at bio-warfare facilities.

Dr. Becton claims the virus is ignored and is not considered a threat to the US. Nevertheless as a signatory and country implementing the Terrestrial Animal Health Code the United States must implement and prove as a country it is ASF disease-free to continue trading in the international market and not be quarantined.

What does this mean to American farmers and property owners? This slide is also from Dr. Becton’s presentation:

American farmers and property owners are going to have to carry the burden of the costs to develop and research all of the the above. This is because we have an open door policy to international trade and proliferate bio-weapons labs like Plum Island who play with nightmare biological pathogens and experiments such as in the Republic of Georgia, which has spread to Russia,  to Europe, with the chickens coming home to roost on American farmers, property owners, and fair-goer’s.

What was the result in Russia of the ASF coming to town?  Agricultural production declined except in Agricultural Enterprises (Big Ag). Notice the number of “Peasant Private Farms” at only 7.70%. Think about this article the next time Michigan goes after feral swine or you begin to see other species coming under the culling mandate. Think about it again the next time you go to the grocery store and see high prices with a smaller content.
