Wildfires: Snuffing-out the Breath of Life in Montana (in more ways than one)

Raging Wildfires!

Don’t let the clear air fool you because the area is socked in with dense smoke

Fire in Washington State

The West is raging with fires and smoke of the land goes up as the smoke of a furnace turning the sun into a partially obscured orange ball. What does ‘Wildfire Management’ and spraying herbicides on vast tracts of land reminiscent of Agent Orange days in Vietnam have in common?

The Condon Wildfire in Montana began on Saturday, July 28 around noon by lightning.  The person responsible for ‘managing’ the fire was not in the area.  As of Sunday, September 24, the fire is just shy of 4000 acres with 167 personnel ‘managing’ the fire who just don’t seem to put the fire out.  At an early community meeting those managing the fire sung in unison that they could not aggressively fight the fire due to riparian (fish) restrictions.

Dark smoke lingers in the area and it is supposed to be between ‘Hazardous’ to “Unhealthy’ but nobody knows for sure what the particulate count  is, or the particulars of the particulates.  An unknown agency removed the air quality monitor from Condon, the 17th largest fire in the United States on September 23, and positioned one in the quaint community of Seeley Lake more than 40 minutes away from the blazing inferno. It is under these smoke laden skies that a herbicide and possibly an aluminum with other chemicals blanket spraying operation is being carried out.

Anyone observing the weather knows that during fall an inversion layer sets in trapping particulates near the surface.  If one looked up at all over Labor Day weekend one saw an intense chem trail operation in a light checkerboard pattern.  Until Labor Day weekend the skies remained relatively free of the increasingly common chem-trails.

Bio-Watch: Plum Island & FAZD Team Up on Collaboration Projects

Senior investigators from the FAZD Center and the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC) identified several points for future collaboration during a workshop in mid-January.

Led by FAZD Center Director Neville P. Clarke and PIADC Director Larry Barrett, the investigators agreed the two centers should consider working together on a wide range of research projects, including:

  • An evaluation of diagnostic tests for Rift Valley fever (as developed by the Foreign Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (FADDL) with wild viruses at the University of Texas Medical Branch, a partner of the FAZD Center.
  • Research between the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Research Service (ARS) and the FAZD Center on immunomodulation products, which alter an animal’s immune system by activating or suppressing its function. Continue reading

Census This Week: Know Your Rights

This is from the Census NASDA- NASS Enumerators Training Manual

We were told anyone concerned (census enumerators) would have law enforcement protection

This sampling may be for environmental or other things. Use your Public Servant Questionnaire to find out who, what, were, and when these agencies will be looking at and acting upon your samples.  DO NOT LET THEM SAMPLE WITHOUT A WARRANT or have otherwise volunteered.

Your only duty is to answer the number of people in your home-period.  Do not them be friends, or persuade you into giving your freedoms up.  Some of this information gets it hands that are out of the country and to Agribusiness, to make their business better and yours looses.

10 Minute Citizen:  Save your farm.  Only tell any Census worker, Federal or Ag, I have only 1.2.3.4. or whatever in the home.  You do not need to tell them your name.  This tactic is to get you to verify your name, everything must be verified. You do not need to comply.  Know you rights.  Get informed about how to respond to census and survey takers in the Census and survey pages on this website.  The most import thing to do is to be prepared beforehand.  I have a backpack with all my freedom from census and survey tools right by the door.

New to Ewe: It’s Time to Redefine!

The following comes from the Aquatic Animal Health Standards Commission Report, released September 2009.  Some important words have been redefined.  Redefinition is part of the “Living Document” principle and the morphing of words.  In agriculture these days, one must always refer to the most current global glossaries to understand what the word or definition.

Buffer Zones have been redefined as Protection Zones

Old:

Buffer zone means a zone established to protect the health status of aquatic animals in a free country or free zone, from those in a country or zone of a different aquatic animal health status, using measures based on the epidemiology of the disease under consideration to prevent spread of the disease agent into a free country or free zone.

New:

Protection zone means a zone established to protect the health status of aquatic animals in a free country or free zone, from those in a country or zone of a different aquatic animal health status, using measures based on the epidemiology of the disease under consideration to prevent spread of the causative pathogenic agent into a free country or free zone. These measures may include, but are not limited to, vaccination, movement control and an intensified degree of surveillance.

What or who is the Competent Authority?

Old:

Competent Authority means the Veterinary Services, or other Authority of a Member, having the responsibility and competence for ensuring or supervising the implementation of the aquatic animal health measures or other standards in the Aquatic Code.

New:

Means the Veterinary Authority or other Governmental Authority of an OIE Member having the responsibility and competence for ensuring or supervising the implementation of aquatic animal health and welfare measures, international health certification and other standards and recommendations in the Aquatic Code in the whole territory. APHIS Breaks America into Global Regions for Imports

APHIS has altered its traditional country-based import restrictions, approaching import decisions using a science-based evaluation of the risk presented by imported animals and animal products.

APHIS recognizes that risk may be tied to:

Climatological,

Geographical,

Biological factors that are not always defined by national political boundaries. This approach is consistent with our obligations under international trade agreements.

To ensure that standards for regulating imports on a regional basis and assessing disease risk within defined regions are applied on a consistent and scientific basis, we use 11 factors (defined in Title 9, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 92.2) as an [international] framework for evaluating requests to export animals or animal products to the United States from distinct or definable regions.

Part II: Traceability- The Dawn of a New Age in Food Control

Part II-Traceability:  Marking the Beasts

By

Celeste Bishop

January 2013 Update.  Last month the final rule for Traceability (the old NAIS) was finalized.  In rule-making it does not matter what the people want the agencies make the rules, people testify, and the agencies do what they want.  With the large public outcry from coast to coast it took the USDA a long time to meet their goals but they are now here for all of us to endure.  Stand your ground.  This month every deceptive trick in the book is coming your way to ensnare you.  Look carefully at fine print, don not answer census’s or surveys, and do not hit any simple one button gimmicks that take you into slavery.

The concept of the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) was created in the bowels of international think-tanks for marking global assets.  It was commenced in the United States after the tragic events of 911, although plans for an animal disease outbreak were already being put on the books within emergency management.  Most farmers and ranchers became aware of the NAIS in late 2005, early 2006.  Historically agrarians have sounded the alarm when predators were encroaching and so too they heralded the news that a perilously dangerous time was imminent.

Since ancient times farmers have kept watch over their flocks and knew each animal intimately. The shepherd would know if something was wrong with the animal and would intervene as appropriate.Today there is a universal bureaucracy that has seized identification of animals for its own purposes. They want all premises registered, eliminating your absolute right to private property.Put simply they do not want you to own private property.Once you go through the registration process your land title is clouded and your have just transferred your ownership to a silent partner who calls the shots on what you can and cannot do.In the name of poverty alleviation governments around the world are ˜securing assets, aka animal capital. This is another reason for the increased pressure of multiple census.

Nowadays government wants to use identification of property and animals for certification of exports and to falsely bolster consumer confidence that has taken a hit from increasing food contamination. These same rulers want to increase the pressure, coerce farmers to adopt their brand of livestock production practices that are diametrically opposed to established safe and prosperous agriculture.

In order to achieve their goal, tyrannical powers are seeking to flood the agricultural market with ever-increasing herd and flock health programs and heavy handed controls on breeding and subjective genetic ˜improvement” programs. As traditional agriculture is being purged, the global control of animal movement is taking center stage as can be seen with the USDA’s recent announcement of a Traceability Framework.Simultaneously, zoning and compartmentalization is breaking the backs of sovereign countries and states in the name of controlling disease.Food security is being strongly linked with public health.Public health is being commingled with zoonoses (diseases that effect humans and animals) and food safety. A tightening noose is being put around market access. In the foreseeable future only those who are compliant will be allowed market access. The term animal welfare is being manipulated, exploited, and redefined into international definition and the public is unaware of the subtle and progressive change.

2009 Going Where No Man Has Gone Before

In 2009 the OIE held its first Animal Identification and Traceability Conference (ID &T).The objectives of this international conference simply stressed to participating countries and businesses the ˜benefits of identification and traceability and demands for a global commitment to identification & traceability. This conference served as a vehicle to raise awareness, thus familiarity, of the OIE and Codex standards. Through transparency, a free-flow of information and data from the various countries would be extracted for perfection of the final ONE food system.Technological standards are yet to be determined for future application within the total food control grid. When completed, Animal Identification & Traceability will be a seamless system that prevents gaps and duplication between standards, it will be ONE system for all.

When the USDA presented their new Traceability Framework they stressed, Encourage the use of lower-cost technology. One must carefully listen to what the USDA was saying with this statement and not project many farmer’s hope and desire that the agency was ‘˜listening’ to the people. The USDA is merely mirroring the OIE ID & T Framework of making an even technological playing field so that no countries, including poor ones, would be left behind.Applied research is now being commanded to develop cheaper and more practical tools. The socio-economic circumstances of all participants are scrutinized so ID & T calls for flexibility during implementation to be required.Hence, the USDA, in good conscience states administered by the States and Tribal Nations to provide more flexibility.

It has been determined that your veterinarian is a valuable key to bridging the gap between public and private sectors. He or she is a conduit that assists in collecting, analyzing and disseminating information. It is through the Veterinary Services (VS) that an improved legal ID& T will emerge.

What Does ID & T Guarantee?

ID & T has discovered that fear is a motivating factor in persuading people and countries to change their basic philosophies and law.The media has whipped up a Fear of the Week frenzy. The OIE, never wanting a good crisis to go wasted, is promising the peoples of the world:

What is the OIE’s Scope?

The Wicked NAIS Witch is NOT dead!

Obaaama gave us a hint of things to come in his recent State of the [Agriculture] speech. We did not have to wait long before we had “earth-shattering” news regarding NAIS.  Supposedly the government listened to the people and responded.  But if you dig deeper you will find out the truth of the matter.

How many times will global food control be re-defined and transformed?  As many times as it takes to confuse the public into believing that there is “no global food control scheme”.  Now say the BIG LIE ten times quickly.  The bottom line is that you can shake your head and repeat “there is no global control scheme” but that is not going to make it reality.    The NAIS has been passed off safely and securely into international hands, right on their global food control schedule, 2010.

The re-definition and transformation of NAIS the international food control players have just tightened their iron-grip, consolidated power, and cast a broader net.  You can see this clearly in new 2010 legislation/regulation/treaties and reading in between the political mantra lines.  We now have expanded the limited three pillar program of Premises Identification, Electronic Animal Identification, and Tracing…to now include: Animal Health, Animal Welfare, Veterinary Drugs, Animal Feeding, and Food Safety.

A Total Food Control Package

For clarification:                                          Traceability = NAIS

Remember!

1.  NAIS is a Living Document that will always change and evolve.  You will never know the final rules for compliance because there will never be any distinguishing rules.

From Government Document obtained under Public Disclosure

2.  NAIS is one tool in the toolkit.  The global food controllers have just revealed more “tools” in their kit.  We can expect more.

The February 5, 2020 USDA move was an orchestrated 9-11 style move.  Across the country veterinarians, active and retired were advised of the new “Traceability Framework”.  By noon, the USDA had disposed of evidence from the NAIS crime scene.  From out of “nowhere” came resounding support for the new Framework from the AVMA to species groups.

More documentation will be coming…it is a matter of what prioritizing the international info ducks.  Stay  tuned.
