The People’s Garden Initiative

The People’s Garden Initiative began very quietly back in 2009 with an announcement by Secretary Vilsack of the USDA,  arch-nemesis of freedom loving Americans.  Supposedly, it was named after President  Abraham Lincoln who founded the USDA.  While the emphasis is on President Abraham Lincoln it is provocative that the Peoples Garden of America came into existence on the 60th anniversary of the the Peoples Republic of China.  Coincidence?

Register your Garden!

Fair Use Access USDA

The new year of 2013 is here and with it the USDA is asking you to register your garden with the Peoples Garden Initiative.  It is all under the guise of new user-friendly and “join the collective” mindset implementing Traceability Rules and Agenda 21.

What this means is that your property gets a federal number called a premise number.  Your property then becomes an asset of the US government.  The sneaky government then puts you in a secondary position on your title (if you still own anything) and they assume first position. Your title then becomes clouded should you ever want to sell your property.   In that first position they can tell you do do anything they want with your property!  Including horrendous Agenda 21 regulations or guidelines.

Who Qualifies?

  • People who want to share their garden with the community at large
  • You must use sustainable practices, but understand definitions change changes all the time in semantic wars.
  • You are willing to collaborate with federal agencies and ‘others’

You can plant a vegetable, beautification, wildlife, or other garden.  It can be new or existing but you must adhere to the three pillars of sharing, sustainability, and collaboration.

What do I get for my participation?

  • A free sign saying you agree with the collective ideology of providing food to people who want to sit on their butts and get free stuff.  This is called redistribution of wealth.  Your wealth is distributed to other people.  It may be a poor person, but more than likely will go to wealthy people or corporations.
  • As a collaborator you will get re-educated into collectivism ideology so that you will become a good “ist”, communist, socialist, fascist… whatever.

How does this impact me?

Fair Use Access USDA

You might say this sounds alright..  I am a person who cares about others.  But what does this really mean in government double-speak? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4!

1.  You voluntarily register your garden, private property, and become a People’s Garden, giving up your status as a private property owner, forever.  It is critical that you do this voluntarily because ‘voluntary’ is the cornerstone to all federal programs.   I have it documented when talking with a government employee back in December of 2005 that once you are in the database you never get out.

2.  You then partner with organizations or agencies representing people who sit on their duffs and wanting free food!

3.  This is the best part.  You then prepare the garden, pay for the seeds, plant the seeds, do the weeding, do the watering, do the hoeing ,do the  cultivating, do the watering, and harvest your crop. You provide all the blood, sweat, and tears.

4.  You must then turn your crop over to lazy and free-loading people.

As Americans we should all help others in need but that does not mean that the government should in any way be involved.  It should be up to your own ability, morals, and ethics to give, how much to give, and whom to give to.  America should not become one large entitlement welfare state.  If a person works he or she should eat, but if a person sits and does nothing, they should suffer the consequences of that decision.  We should all be vehemently opposed to the UN mandate that just because someone in Bangladesh has a 300 calories a day diet and poor nutrition, that Americans are required to have no more calories or nutrition than anyone else in the world.  This is one of the stated goals of Agenda 21.

10 Minute citizen:  Make your garden, and eat it too!.  If you have an abundant crop, share with others, or preserve it for years when food might not be so plentiful.

WA Voluntary NAIS Participation Bills are UP! We need your help

Washington State Voluntary NAIS has been introduced:

House and Senate

Six Steps to Farming Freedom

Status Report

Accompanying Documentation

“This is fantastic news,” said one Washington NoNAIS person upon hearing that House Bill (HB) 2086 was read this morning and assigned to the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee, and also that Senate Bill (SB) 5956 was read this morning and introduced to the Senate Agricultural and Rural Economic Development Committee at 10:30 this morning.

A team of three hit the Capital last Monday representing three impacted sectors: a Realtor, a livestock auctioneer, and a public relations manager. This team of three also represented the following species: bovine, horses, goats and poultry. With great enthusiasm and support on Friday proposed legislation regarding, “Voluntary participation in the National Animal Identification System”, known as NAIS, went into play in the Senate and the House.

Representative Shelly Short sponsored HB 2086.

Senator Mark Schoesler sponsored SB 5956.

(Please take time to thank these Legislator’s)

Both bills are located on the www.nonaiswa.org website. The proposed legislation language is identical, and is commonly referred to as Companion Bill set.

February 20th is our cutoff date for both HB 2086 and SB 5956. The Agricultural Committee Chairs must decide to hold a public hearing and move HB 2086 and SB 5956 by February 20th or the bill(s) die in committee.

The chairman of the Senate Ag Committee is Senator Brian Hatfield:

We Need Your Help!

NOW is the time we need your help! The team of three spent the entire last week in Olympia ~ 5 days ~ meeting with our representatives, educating, asking for support, asking for sponsors of these bills.  NOW IT IS UP TO YOU…

Proposed Legislation, HB 2086 & SB 5956 Status

HB 2086 and SB 5956 are new fresh new bills with new prime sponsors and new supporters. It is important to note that HB 2086 is not HB 1151. Due to the tremendous emotion and lack of unity unfortunately HB 1151 became a bad memory for many and so it was necessary to bring a squeaky clean and fresh bill with a unified support base to our Representatives and Senators. Command and Control of Global Property Through Identification

Parcel Identification System

Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS)

The US is following in the footsteps of the EU as they implement and integrate property (parcel) identification, Phase I of the National Animal Identification System (NAIS), with other property identification systems. The objectives of the program are clearly stated is to evaluate the feasibility of managing agricultural parcel identifiers, declared under the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) for the justification of European Union area aid-related subsidies, using Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques that is currently mapping agricultural property in the America.

The IACS is described as an integrated number of member states who have already implemented development programs which will employ GIS techniques for area aid data management. However, the setting up of these systems is only one step upon the way to full operational management. Fiscal Year 2009 is the year that all plans and programs for global governance are refined hence a number of technical issues must be resolved, concerning the long term handling of parcel identification data and maximization of the control such systems have to offer for the administrations already involved.

The IACS goal is to provide detailed information regarding three main areas of system development and operation:

• Interface of GIS (Geographic Information Systems: http://www.esri.com/industries/agriculture/index.html) to handling of agricultural parcel identifiers.

•Supply GIS software that is available in the market that handles the kind of datasets being collected for IACS at this moment.

• Develop and implement a prototype system based upon already existing digital data.

Once this done a cost feasibility study is conducted and the GIS can be deployed into the IACS program.

Parcel Identification System (PIS):

The main problem with the Parcel-Premises Identification System is the organization, management and updating of a medium sized parcel identification system (PIS) using available GIS software tools. The approach should be to utilize an alphanumeric cadastre reference-based system. Recent sustainability conferences have suggested the amalgamation of small to medium parcels of property into large more easily managed parcels.

The global standard will be rrequired for GIS tools available on the world market. A secondary or backup identification system is suggested in the case of primary GIS failure. The GIS used should aim to confront data volumes that must be and take into account the options available for data structures and the system configurations most applicable for data storage (e.g., centralized versus distributed) as we see in the US NAIS Premises Registration component.

The EU is studying two prototypes – one based upon geographic blocks, the other on cadastral data – will be developed, permitting the testing of system use, performance and functionality. These prototypes should aim to handle around 2,000 applications each.

The EU prototype is under the umbrella of Strategy and Systems for Space Applications Unit (SSSA).

The MARS Project is Managing Agriculture through Remote Sensing to develop a Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) to manage agriculture. In 1993 it was suggested to control agriculture through remote sensing. The digital data from land parcel systems will be presented to farmers as a product of customised maps, to be sent to farmers with subsidy application documents. Farmers can then complete their forms more accurately, reducing errors and helping administration. But the scheme goes further and connects other Land Parcel Identification Systems (LPIS) whose purpose is the management and control of and for legislation on rural development, ensuring comparability and consistency between various CAP schemes. MARS

The net result is that command and control of our property has been deployed and there is an assault on your right to private property. NAIS is only one of many clandestine programs whose goal is the return of a socialist model of property ownership. You will be free to live on your private property only as long as the details of total property management are worked out unless you act now to restore your freedom to legally own personal property.

Unique Identification Are you part of the Global Herd?

Fair Use Access WSDA

Unique identification is coming to you, your land, and your private property.  As the USDA documents, plans, and guidelines roll out, over and over the term *unique* is used in the first two components of the National Animal Identification System known as NAIS or ADT known as Traceability . The word *unique* is in the Premises Identification and Animal Identification components. Is the use of this word coincidental or is it purposefully crafted with a subtle but deeper meaning?
