Every dog owner will have to take a costly ‘competence test’ to prove they can handle their pets, under new Government proposals designed to curb dangerous dogs.
Owners of all breeds would also have to buy third-party insurance in case their pet attacked someone, and pay for the insertion of a microchip in their animal recording their name and address. Continue reading

The time of the mark has come. A time when all people must choose who they will serve.
The north winds represent the human desire for physical pleasure and gratification.The south winds represent the soul’s longing for spiritual fulfillment. Man’s mission is to sublimate the succulence of the earth’s gardens and elevate it to serve their highest calling.Adam and Eve were given the Garden of Eden, the perfect setting for this task.They failed and were banished. But the Garden remains in God’s plan, and we yet will combine the two winds and enjoy the ultimate aroma and fruit of holiness.

It is important to note at this point that throughout history there has been a battle between good and evil.The Garden that God intended for man is under assault.For everything that God has created there is an imitation or forgery of the original.We are witnessing the pinnacle of the battle for the souls of mankind.
The Ark
An ark has always been a part of God’s plan for the salvation of mankind.We need to understand the ark’s past before we can appreciate the ark in our day.The first mention of an ark, Noah’s Ark, can be found in Genesis 6:14, Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.This same pitch or bitumen was used in creating the Tower of Babylon.Back in ancient days the whole earth was of one language and one speech, similar to the direction we are heading today.They said to themselves, “Let us build us a city and tower whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make a name for ourselves.” The Tower of Babel was built with bricks and slime (bitumen). This sounds very much like the slimy United Nations speaking for the world, making a name for themselves, while playing god with man and beast.

The next mention of an ark is in the biblical account of the Exodus, when the Children of Israel left Egypt, “And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.” Over the golden ark Seraphim kept watch with arching wings. The ark that God commanded the Children of Israel to build held the Ten Commandments and a few other things.The ark was first placed in the Holy of Holies inside the portable Tabernacle and was later moved to the same location in the Temple on Mt. Zion in Jerusalem where God had placed His Name.

Just shy of two-thousand years later the world prepared for the turn of the new Millennium with anticipation and fear.As 1999 came to a close, several visual artists (artists skilled in creating imagery) came together to create a wooden receptacle that would become known as the ˜Ark of Hope.This ark is in the image of the original ark. Replacing the Seraphim are butterflies. The politically correct butterfly symbolizes transformation and regeneration, reincarnation or rebirth. “There is a theory that says if a single butterfly flaps its wings in, say, China, the air disturbance may cause a storm in Nunavut, Canada a month later.” The direction we are being is herded is a totally interconnected world where even small actions have big effects, or so we are lead to believe.
The ˜Ark of Hope holds the Earth Charter document, an international peoples treaty replacing the Ten Commandments, a transformational a new scripture heralded as the ˜new gospel containing 16 guiding principles for a sustainable and peaceful society and the Temenos Books. The Ark of Hope is housed at the ‘United Nations Holy-of-Holies’ U.N. Meditation Room.
The Earth Charter stresses that man is his own savior. By saving “mother earth” we will once again return to an idyllic Garden of Eden. But instead of worshipping the Creator, the New Age Aquarian conspirators wish to plunge us headlong into a creation-worship new world religion.

At the time the Ark of Hope was constructed, Books of Temenos were established.Temenos is a ˜sacred magical sacred circle or hoop where special rules apply and extraordinary events inevitably occur.In ancient times Temenos were the universal symbol of unity, wholeness, infinity, the goddess and female power.To earth-centered religions throughout history it represented the feminine force, the cosmos or a spiritualized Mother Earth, GAIA, sacred space.Gnostic traditions link the unbroken circle to the ˜world serpent forming a circle as it eats its own tail. January 2013 Update. Last month the final rule for Traceability (the old NAIS) was finalized. In rule-making it does not matter what the people want the agencies make the rules, people testify, and the agencies do what they want. With the large public outcry from coast to coast it took the USDA a long time to meet their goals but they are now here for all of us to endure. Stand your ground. This month every deceptive trick in the book is coming your way to ensnare you. Look carefully at fine print, don not answer census’s or surveys, and do not hit any simple one button gimmicks that take you into slavery.
The concept of the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) was created in the bowels of international think-tanks for marking global assets. It was commenced in the United States after the tragic events of 911, although plans for an animal disease outbreak were already being put on the books within emergency management. Most farmers and ranchers became aware of the NAIS in late 2005, early 2006. Historically agrarians have sounded the alarm when predators were encroaching and so too they heralded the news that a perilously dangerous time was imminent.
Since ancient times farmers have kept watch over their flocks and knew each animal intimately.The shepherd would know if something was wrong with the animal and would intervene as appropriate.Today there is a universal bureaucracy that has seized identification of animals for its own purposes.They want all premises registered, eliminating your absolute right to private property.Put simply they do not want you to own private property.Once you go through the registration process your land title is clouded and your have just transferred your ownership to a silent partner who calls the shots on what you can and cannot do.In the name of poverty alleviation governments around the world are ˜securing assets, aka animal capital. This is another reason for the increased pressure of multiple census.
Nowadays government wants to use identification of property and animals for certification of exports and to falsely bolster consumer confidence that has taken a hit from increasing food contamination.These same rulers want to increase the pressure, coerce farmers to adopt their brand of livestock production practices that are diametrically opposed to established safe and prosperous agriculture.
In order to achieve their goal, tyrannical powers are seeking to flood the agricultural market with ever-increasing herd and flock health programs and heavy handed controls on breeding and subjective genetic ˜improvement” programs. As traditional agriculture is being purged, the global control of animal movement is taking center stage as can be seen with the USDA’s recent announcement of a Traceability Framework.Simultaneously, zoning and compartmentalization is breaking the backs of sovereign countries and states in the name of controlling disease.Food security is being strongly linked with public health.Public health is being commingled with zoonoses (diseases that effect humans and animals) and food safety. A tightening noose is being put around market access.In the foreseeable future only those who are compliant will be allowed market access.The term animal welfare is being manipulated, exploited, and redefined into international definition and the public is unaware of the subtle and progressive change.
2009 Going Where No Man Has Gone Before
In 2009 the OIE held its first Animal Identification and Traceability Conference (ID &T).The objectives of this international conference simply stressed to participating countries and businesses the ˜benefits of identification and traceability and demands for a global commitment to identification & traceability.This conference served as a vehicle to raise awareness, thus familiarity, of the OIE and Codex standards. Through transparency, a free-flow of information and data from the various countries would be extracted for perfection of the final ONE food system.Technological standards are yet to be determined for future application within the total food control grid.When completed, Animal Identification & Traceability will be a seamless system that prevents gaps and duplication between standards, it will be ONE system for all.
When the USDA presented their new Traceability Framework they stressed, Encourage the use of lower-cost technology. One must carefully listen to what the USDA was saying with this statement and not project many farmer’s hope and desire that the agency was ‘˜listening’ to the people.The USDA is merely mirroring the OIE ID & T Framework of making an even technological playing field so that no countries, including poor ones, would be left behind.Applied research is now being commanded to develop cheaper and more practical tools.The socio-economic circumstances of all participants are scrutinized so ID & T calls for flexibility during implementation to be required.Hence, the USDA, in good conscience states administered by the States and Tribal Nations to provide more flexibility.
It has been determined that your veterinarian is a valuable key to bridging the gap between public and private sectors.He or she is a conduit that assists in collecting, analyzing and disseminating information.It is through the Veterinary Services (VS) that an improved legal ID& T will emerge.

Who Owns the American Farm?
This fall the USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) released the latest report on foreign holdings of U.S. agricultural land. The publication contains statistics through Feb. 28, 2008, regarding the 20.9 million acres of U.S. agricultural land in which foreign persons hold an interest.
The report, titled “Foreign Holdings of U.S. Agricultural Land,” is available on the FSA Website at www.fsa.usda. gov. The publication reports that foreigners have an interest (partial or total ownership) in 1.6 percent of all privately held U.S. agricultural land and 0.92 percent of all land in the United States.
This is a 1.4 million acre increase from 2007 and with the situation being fluid is escalating at this moment. The report includes a wide variety of figures and statistics, including a breakdown of land held by foreigners by the type of acreage:
Forest land – 58 percent;
Cropland – 13 percent;
Pasture and other agricultural land – 26 percent.
Countries that have foreigners holding the largest amount of land:
Canadians hold the largest amount of land: almost 7.3 million acres, or 34 percent.
People from these three countries collectively hold more than 6.7 million acres, or 31 percent of the foreign held acres in the U.S.:
Netherlands, almost 3.9 million acres (18 percent);
United Kingdom, over 1.5 million acres (7 percent);
and Germany, almost 1.4 million acres (6 percent).
The proportions of foreign-owned agricultural land to all privately owned agricultural land by state:
Maine has the largest amount of foreign held U.S. agricultural land at 3.35 million acres, or 18.7 percent of the privately held agricultural land in the state.
In Hawaii, 8.8 percent of private agricultural land is foreign held.
Washington (7.2 percent), Shame on you State of Washington, that you are in the top three foreign owned states. NoNAIS’er’s take note and use this info for your 2010 Legislative Presentations.
Nevada (5.2 percent),
and Alabama (5.1 percent) have the next largest proportions of foreign held land.
The publication’s findings are based on reports submitted in compliance with the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978 (AFIDA). The law was created to establish a nationwide system for the collection of information pertaining to foreign ownership in U.S. agricultural land.
