The Department of Agriculture’s at the Federal and State levels have a real problem, they went along with the “brilliant” scheme to register all property if it had or has potential to make $1000. So these Department’s of Agriculture set out upon the yellow brick road in “La-la” Land. Now they have problems. How so, you might ask? Well these are actual quotes from real documents obtained under Public Disclosure which is also known as Freedom of Information (the public right to know).
- WSDA is not even capable of providing a 2006 contract which it is required to produce to a citizen requesting a PDA requesting it.
- The NAIS Premises Registration Database is in the government’s own words: “Too weird for words”, “has a mind of its own”, Is disquieting”, and “so convoluted I can’t figure it out.” Do you really want to register your property in the NAIS Premises Registration Database that is weird, has its own mind, is disquieting, and so convoluted not even the creators or worker bees can figure it out? Say No to the NAIS Premises Registration Database.
- The NAIS Premises Registration Database “baffles” citizens and government alike. Do you really want to register your property in the NAIS Premises Registration Database that “baffles” citizens and government alike? Say No to the NAIS Premises Registration Database.
- The NAIS Premises Registration Database doesn’t cover all scenarios such as “all my cattle were sold in in 2005 so I presume there is no need for us to fill out an application”. Unfortunately due to the dis and mis-information of the Departments of Agriculture this citizen is wrong. Any property that has potential or in fact has produced $1000 is subject to the Premises Registration Database, even if one does not own a single animal, or in this case the animals were sold. As it was relay in 2005: “once you are in the database you NEVER get out”. Do you really want to register your property in the NAIS Premises Registration Database where fuzzy application is implemented so that you never know (nor does the government) what the program scope and boundaries are? Say No to the NAIS Premises Registration Database. (Other documents will be forthcoming with States begging for answers from the USDA-the states claiming they are in the hot seat). Parcel Identification System
Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS)
The IACS is described as an integrated number of member states who have already implemented development programs which will employ GIS techniques for area aid data management. However, the setting up of these systems is only one step upon the way to full operational management. Fiscal Year 2009 is the year that all plans and programs for global governance are refined hence a number of technical issues must be resolved, concerning the long term handling of parcel identification data and maximization of the control such systems have to offer for the administrations already involved.
The IACS goal is to provide detailed information regarding three main areas of system development and operation:
• Interface of GIS (Geographic Information Systems: http://www.esri.com/industries/agriculture/index.html) to handling of agricultural parcel identifiers.
•Supply GIS software that is available in the market that handles the kind of datasets being collected for IACS at this moment.
• Develop and implement a prototype system based upon already existing digital data.
Once this done a cost feasibility study is conducted and the GIS can be deployed into the IACS program.
The main problem with the Parcel-Premises Identification System is the organization, management and updating of a medium sized parcel identification system (PIS) using available GIS software tools. The approach should be to utilize an alphanumeric cadastre reference-based system. Recent sustainability conferences have suggested the amalgamation of small to medium parcels of property into large more easily managed parcels.
The global standard will be rrequired for GIS tools available on the world market. A secondary or backup identification system is suggested in the case of primary GIS failure. The GIS used should aim to confront data volumes that must be and take into account the options available for data structures and the system configurations most applicable for data storage (e.g., centralized versus distributed) as we see in the US NAIS Premises Registration component.
The EU is studying two prototypes – one based upon geographic blocks, the other on cadastral data – will be developed, permitting the testing of system use, performance and functionality. These prototypes should aim to handle around 2,000 applications each.
The EU prototype is under the umbrella of Strategy and Systems for Space Applications Unit (SSSA).

The MARS Project is Managing Agriculture through Remote Sensing to develop a Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) to manage agriculture. In 1993 it was suggested to control agriculture through remote sensing. The digital data from land parcel systems will be presented to farmers as a product of customised maps, to be sent to farmers with subsidy application documents. Farmers can then complete their forms more accurately, reducing errors and helping administration. But the scheme goes further and connects other Land Parcel Identification Systems (LPIS) whose purpose is the management and control of and for legislation on rural development, ensuring comparability and consistency between various CAP schemes. The net result is that command and control of our property has been deployed and there is an assault on your right to private property. NAIS is only one of many clandestine programs whose goal is the return of a socialist model of property ownership. You will be free to live on your private property only as long as the details of total property management are worked out unless you act now to restore your freedom to legally own personal property.
Make-overs are the ‘in’ thing: whether it be a house transformed from a dumpy mess to an exquisite mansion, or a girl going in to get a work-over (umm, I meant make-over). The transforming of America has begun in earnest.
Small farming in America, unknowingly, is undergoing a beauty make-over. She is being transformed from her humble origins to a modern, scientifically-based operation known as Precision Farming.
Precision farming uses only the finest technologies available to achieve the goal of transforming the American farm. Your farm is custom-fitted with GPS. Being a traditional farm, you will need to be fitted with proper soil, crop and animal management regulations, specifically suited for your unique contemporary farm.
Slimming down is critical for a lasting beauty-make-over. Cinch your belt and take a deep breath as you reduce your input costs, watch those ‘pollution’ calories, and enthusiastically jump on the weight-scale of accurate farm record-keeping each morning.
You may desire to make your beauty transition permanent. With our ‘Voluntary Plan’ you can achieve a life-long strategy custom-tailored just for you! This will take sacrifice and enduring long hours of production efficiencies, productivity, profitability- all the while, minimizing your unintended impact on wildlife and the environment. It will be well worth your discipline, as your make-over will rid your life of those annoying little Constitutional issues.
A beauty make-over requires specialized tools to transform the traditional family farm into a glamorous technological wonder feeding the masses of humanity. The Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (Sec. 402(b)) gave our beautician the tools she needs to do her job. Some of the tools of her trade are sophisticated sensors and software systems to manually sample and collect data that measure, record, and manage spatial and temporal software. Her proprietary tool-belt carries technology for searching out and assembling all the information necessary to transform you into a harmonious and elegant agricultural producer, using exclusively new and improved agricultural decision-making devices.
Your operator’s office is always open for data networking and processing for all your customized value-added system applications and farm management decision-making needs.
For a hefty price, you can add Liposuction Deluxe to your cosmetic package. Our governmental beautician has just the right contacts who can reshape the surface of your land and grade for drainage, erosion control, moisture conservation and improving water quality. With your new curves, you are sure to be stunning! Our Basic Liposuction package is standard with every Precision Farming appointment, and will suck all that surplus money you have in your pockets, right straight to the U.S. government. This frees you from ever wondering what you will do with all that discretionary money you have. What a relief!
Our cosmetician will amaze you, as you undergo the efficient agronomic and livestock production treatment. She will personally make farm-calls for your comfort and security, to gather all your on-farm information pertaining to all the facets of your crop and livestock production. You will feel like ‘Queen for Day’ as she integrates the most up-to-date technologies, including field scouting, remote sensing (satellite imaging of your personal property), and other precision agricultural technologies,(some of which are still being developed) just for you. Can’t you just feel how special this remedy is?
