Food & Farms Being Federalized

Farms and Food Being Federalized

Farms and food are being federalized by regulatory agencies.  This is yet another assault on our freedoms.  Maybe you were unaware, or maybe you were not even born yet, but some 60+ years ago a war was declared against  ‘threats to [global] peace’, breaches of peace and acts of aggression which includes American agriculture and food. Maybe you have not considered your dinner plate or your domesticated farm animals an ‘Act of Aggression’ but that is precisely how the UN views them.  We need to look at the particular UN Articles you need to understand America is a participating member and signatory of the UN.  The goal of the UN is to unite the world to a Utopian time of ‘peace’ under UN control and by their definitions.  A task force was set up in the early 1960′s to evaluate the best way to make transition to world peace.  Peace equates equals control.  Because there is human suffering and poverty the UN believes it is it’s task to bring about a ‘peaceful order’.

Here are the facts, nothing but the facts.

  • Only 2% of Americans grow food.
  • There are more prisoners in America than farmers.
  • Many farms are now foreign owned thanks to the overly intrusive regulations that each state and the federal government has passed and our lackadaisical protection of our borders.
  • America used to have hobby farmers who grew food and companion animals for their own family but those farms are rapidly becoming extinct with high prices and restrictions.
  • The global import/export market is growing at a quantum 6% a year.  It will not take long before complete dependence upon foreign products to take place.
  • The bioterrorism act of 20002 requires that all producers of food, retailers, and restaurants maintain records for traceability. Continue reading

Washington State Fairs N Poultry

Picture:  Erin Howell

WSDA has sent out a letter that says in 2010, this year, that all birds must test negative for Salmonella Pullorium Thyphoid P-T.

You don’t need to have your birds tested by the Orwellian labs IF:

  • You are under the government thumb with you poultry being in the NPIP program
  • You bought your chicks at a feed store (so they must have been tested)
  • You purchased your birds from a hatchery.  (check with your hatchery to see what tests and identification they are giving their birds)

WSDA has set out the biosecurity attack dogs to go after bird owners in a three prong attack:

  1. They are going to *educate* you because they don’t think you have the sense to raise a bird.  Go figure!
  2. Ohhh, ahhh!   WSDA also has a *certification* training course.  WSDA is going to wave their *magic certificate wand* and all your poultry woes will go away forever.  Trust them, they are from the government and they are there to “help” you.  Yeah right!  Believe me, I wish WSDA could perform this magic, but they can’t.
  3. And their crowning achievement especially for bird owners is increased surveillance and testing for sale yards, county community fairs, backyard flocks, farmer’s markets, game bird producers, and commercial poultry operations.

Warning! Never let a good census go to waste

NIS & NORC are Coming Your Way!

Exploiting your family health data for cash, commercial, or exchange value

The National Immunization Survey (NIS) is the largest census and survey ever conducted to assess vaccination levels of young children in the U.S. The NIS also is tracking progress towards public health immunization goals.

Not only will vaccination data be collected but the NIS will extract your consent to contact your child’s immunization provider to verify the information which you voluntary and unconstitutionally provided (should you choose to answer their questions).  Who are these folks that think they have the right, and they do believe they have the right, to contact your family doctor regarding your health and vaccinations?

Health & Human Services, the same agency that is calling elderly folks to discuss their end of life care, is targeting you to ‘ask questions about vaccinations’ and ‘other health topics  on members of your family.  They will be calling you on landlines and they have been given your cell phone number. Federal Census and Surveys vs Free People

Census Enumerators Shaking in their Boots!

(Not Legal Counsel:  For Educational Purposes Only)

News is popping up all over the country that Federal Census takers, formerly known as Census Enumerators, have taken to streets and are flooding mailboxes, in an effort to track you down for those 10 important questions.  The Federal Census takers are discovering that they have a bit of a problem with resistance this year to the 2010 Federal Census.  I had my first opportunity to test this Freedom System (below) and I can attest that it works perfectly!  The important things to remember are that pre-planning your response is essential, and be organized.  When you get the knock you don’t want to be scrambling. My question is why can’t they move forward without your personal and confidential information?  Although it does not come from the US Census site this extract comes from a government strategic document: The United States is now a debtor nation.  You, your belongings and property are a United States asset.  The 2010 Federal Census as well as countries around the world are numbering their people.  What is an asset? Avoiding the Census Trap

The following is from ChangingMinds.org

Avoiding the Census Enumerator Trap

Here are some basic rules for people being interrogated by census enumerators. Of course any professional interrogator will know and counteract these. Nevertheless, these may provide you with some help.

Minimize Census harm

The basic rule for respondents in census  interrogations is to reduce the amount of harm that you are likely to experience, particularly in the longer term. Always keep in mind what you really want. (For them to go away)

Minimum Census information

Do not volunteer information without purpose. Decide on your talk strategy and stick to it. This can be to speak as little as possible or to give as much information as possible (except in those areas where you want to stay private, of course). Continue reading

You are entering the ‘Remote Sensing and Space Twilight Zone’

An Agricultural Census Statistician once boldly, and with much enthusiasm, told a NoNAIS’er back in 2005 that in order to track down every single ‘farmer’  in America that the government was utilizing aerial methods.  While the statistician did not go into more detail regarding the ‘aerial surveillance’ it certainly did not take a rocket scientist to figure out that with all the satellites, planes, and drones in the sky, surveillance of this type was a common, every-day occurrence.

The WSDA promptly proclaimed “Not true!”,  “We do not have satellites!”  While semantically that was true, they do “not have satellite’s”, they do use information collected from satellites within their Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and their USDA mother-ship.

Space Imagery and Remote Sensing Becomes Legal Evidence & Taxable!

Looking for work?  There is a booming business in Remote Sensing and Space law currently.  Just a little blip from the Space-Based Law Initiative:

“Addressing the growing need for objective and timely space and aviation law in areas that include: deployment and operation of satellites, commercial infrastructure [that includes agriculture], data policies, intellectual property; privacy, liability, international law, use of imagery as legal evidence, environmental issues, and licensing.”  [emphasis mine]

Just click this link and in the search area type: agriculture. What you will discover is the long-time plan to tax all carbon, and everything else that can possibly be imaged on your farm, straight into the pockets of banksters and whoever else shares the farming ‘pot of gold’.

10 Minute Citizen: What can I say?  Anyone got ideas on how to fight this one?

Census Tip

Do you like what is going on in DC? This Census Tip is provided for us straight from their own website….

We can vote with our thought out purchases, and we can slow or stop THE “agenda” and plans, such as numbering us (and our farms) all as one of their assets…….by taking action in Ten Minute Citizen.

10 Minute Citizen: Refuse to answer or mail back all 2010 Census or Surveys, farm or otherwise.

We Can’t Move Forward Until You Mail It Back.

From the trenches…..

Down the Yellow Brick NASS Road

Step by step, let’s expose where your personal information goes once it is collected by NASS, in either survey or census format’s.

First, your information is collected via survey and census tool mechanisms.  Despite it’s “Lock Down” promotion, your personal farm information is disseminated between ‘partners’.  Who are these partners?

The Agrifood and Fishery Information Service is the decentralized entity of SAGARPA

(The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food, is a unit of the Federal Executive, which has among its objectives to foster the pursuit of a policy of support that can help produce better, better utilize the comparative advantages of our agricultural sector, integrating the activities of the rural environment productive chains from the rest of the economy, and encourage collaboration of producer organizations with programs and projects themselves, as well as the goals and objectives for the agricultural sector, the National Plan of Development)  Hey, my info goes to Mexico?????  Why is it going to Mexico?????

responsible for designing and coordinating the operation of the National Agriculture, Food, and Fishery Sectors Information System, and also to promote the concurrence and coordination to implement the National Sustainable Rural Development Information System (SNIDRUS).

So let’s boil this down.  First NASS collects your farm data.  It then goes to Agrifood and Fishery Info Service who then gleans a sharper edge on commerce by knowing all your proprietary farm data, including breeding records and production records.

Your personal information is then swapped over to the National Sustainable Rural Development Information System, SNIDRUS.  This System is a Sustainable (Eugenic) Rual Development where your farm will be exterminated, unless you become a compliant slave to living document’s of regulations.  Where the name of the game is : What’s mine is mine, and what’s yours is mine.

Back to SIAP….

To achieve the aforementioned, SIAP requires a coordination scheme and standards framework that guides in a clear and homogeneous way the actions of the offices and entities of the Federal Public Administration and that of the state level government under a vision, mission, objectives and projects aimed at a common goal, that of generating objective, timely, quality and reliable information, for the purposes of making it available to the general public and for the decision-making support.

Mission

To provide the agricultural farmers, fishing producers and economic agents that take part in the agrifood chains, with reliable and timely information for the decision-making that contributes to the sustainable rural development.

Vision

To become the coordinating institution for the National Sustainable Rural Development Information System (SNIDRUS). Source of the statistics and geographic information for the agrifood and fishery sectors, with top quality staff and services, reknown for the objectivity, truthfulness, and timeliness of its information which is gathered with the participation of the institutions and other agents involved in the matter.

Every successful data extraction includes transfer of your farm data to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Click here:  FAO.

And that is the bottom line.  Turning over your information to the United Nations to be used against you as they set enslavement policy.

10 Minute Citizen:  Take any measure to say no to this hostile farm takeover.
