Subject: 1890 and 1994 Cooperative Extension Program led pilot test of a County Animal Security and Health Network (CASHN) concept developed by the National Center for Foreign Animal and Zoonotic Disease Defense (FAZD) to protect the U.S. agriculture and food infrastructure by connecting non-commercial livestock and poultry owners with veterinary information for early detection and rapid response.
