Emergency Managers and Agenda 21 policy-makers have decided to take a dashboard approach to implementing Agenda 21 into local areas.  The wheel originates from the UN and dates back to ancient roots.  About 10 years ago emergency management began integrating the wheel and today they are adding the dashboard application to the wheel or cycle.  Back in 2007 the Puget Sound Partnership was established to implement Agenda 21.  The Puget Sound covers 2500 square miles with 16,000 square miles of drainage.  This dashboard will allow you to easily monitor Agenda 21 implementation in the Puget Sound area and look at specific tasks and goals that are being targeted.  While this tool is a great benefit to environ-controllers it is also a tool that can great aid activists to oppose implementation progress.
