USDA Releases Global Swine Bio-Weapon

When Pigs Fly Around the World

From Russia to your local county fair the news is buzzing that Swine Flu is ready to go global. For those awaiting a biological release of some kind many diseases have already been released from secretive biological warfare facilities around the world. Is there more to the story about the news from the WHO, FAO, CDC and your county fair declaring that the swine flu is coming back with a vengeance? In reality, according to the UN Code, swine are considered an “invasive  species” (invasive & species are two separate links) and now that RIO+21 is over they seek to eradicate humans, swine, and other domesticated animal populations from the earth. An Invasive Species Partnership quietly began eliminating feral swine and then progressed a few years ago eradicating domesticated swine, even pets, as they partner in the RIO+21 manifesto utilizing an Agenda 21 toolkit.

Michigan and other states are now a blaze with DNR employees hunting down the elusive feral pigs. Illinois is shutting down the Swine barns at local fairs  because supposedly, despite pre-fair health inspections by veterinarian’s they mysteriously came down with fevers. In New York the County fair cancels pig races. Supposedly  Influenza A (H1N1) is increasing in “healthy show pigs“.  The CDC is issuing a 31-page lunatic warning despite conflicting scientific opinions on the harm swine flu might cause in humans, nevertheless, warning that children, elderly, and almost everyone, should avoid the animal barns because you  catch the flu or die!  What would warrant such a crazy warning? A weaponized influenza or the perfect fear mechanism!

WA State Counties Begin Citations for Invasive (Alien) Species

by

Washington State is a lovely state but it is generally well known that state policy has sold out to international interests for a few dollars to feather its own nest.  Years ago the United Nations under the auspices of the OIE published a three part manual known as the Terrestrial Animal Health Code.  Each volume is approximately 1300 pages.  One volume is the Terrestrial Animal Health Code which includes humans and invasive species.  The second is the Aquatic Code, and lastly is the Diagnostic and Vaccination manual.  Together the three manuals are now referred to as “The Code”.  Washington State began implementing The Code back in 2005.  Since then it has been educating the public as it escalates the program of the international Invasive (Alien) Species eradication.

Down in Southern Western Washington counties have begun cracking down on landowners who are “harboring” invasive plants.  Citations and fines are being issued to landowners who refuse requests to eradicate plants.  Counties have begun using law enforcement to crack down on citizens in ‘possession’ of invasive species saying that they may need a “bit of nudge” to get them comply.

Fines are assessed in a grid matrix much like traffic citations on which most of Washington State agency infractions are built upon.  The grid matrix allows for fines per day and per weed so landowners could wrack up concurrent fines if they have allot of weeds.  Fines start at $250 and go as high as $1000 per weed per day and this amount does not take into effect court costs!  It wouldn’t take long before a landowners property could end up in the hands of the state or county for failure to pay these unconstitutional fines and citations. How do you score? WA State Invasive Species Tool for Invasive Agencies

Top Invasive Species Violators

and 700 more, giving gov regulators the power to trample your private property rights

You are wondering about the Michigan invasive pig law?  Is it legitimate?  Farmers have been education the public on the Terrestrial Animal Health Code since 2005.  Quietly each state in the Republic has taken money to implement this United Nations Code.  The Terrestrial Animal Health Code manifests in your state as the Invasive Species laws and regulations.  Basically each State took money to interfere with your absolute right in property ownership.

How do you know invasive species laws and regulations are active in your state?  Look up the regulations and laws in your state or your can blindly run into hundreds of checkpoints in your state checking for invasive species.  You think it is just aquatic, no, it is incremental implementation.

Here is the tool:

WA Invasive Species Council

Established by the legislature in 2006 and then extended in 2011, the council was tasked with providing policy level direction, planning, and coordination for combating harmful invasive species throughout the state and preventing the introduction of others that may be potentially harmful.

The Washington Invasive Species Council evaluated more than 700 invasive species in and around Washington to analyze which posed the greatest threat to the state’s environment, economy, and human health. The council selected 50 priority species for action in the short term.

Humane Society Wants Congress to Establish Poultry Animal Welfare Standards

Rotten Eggs to the Humane Society

The Humane Society wants to dictate to you the farmer what is good for your chickens.  They are stealthily putting the pressure on Congress to establish international  standards put forth in by the UN Terrestrial Animal Health Code.  If passed eggs and chickens produced under standards other than international standards would be illegal for sale.  The goal for total phase in of these international standards would be 2029.

Don’t forget that international animal welfare standards were developed in consultation solely with the Muslim religion.  No other religion was consulted.  The Humane Society is attempting to eradicate traditional farming standards that have historically provide you with safe food and the ability to grow your food according to standards that best suit your worldview.

Veterinary Services 2015 to Regulate ‘Unique’ GMO Livestock

If you love real food like organic beef or chicken, let the buyer beware, that Veterinary Services is planning to establish regulatory authority over a unique category of genetically modified livestock and you will never be the wiser because you can be assured that it will not be labeled.  In fact, the Veterinary Services wanted to bury this little GMO gem in the 150-page VS Vision 2015 which they plan to implement in the next three years.  Unless you are spending your holidays wading through electronic paperwork you probably didn’t know they were creating regulation authority for genetically modified organism monster livestock.

You can find this modern-day monster in the: Veterinary Services Vision 2015  M&MWG on page 17 under “Improve certifications for continuity of business”, under compartments it says:

“Establish regulatory authority to recognize domestic swine and poultry compartments, and unique categories of livestock such as genetically modified cattle producing human proteins. Then they desire to allow movement of this GMO monster livestock across state lines, international lines, and even go so far as to hide GMO by-products in the food chain.  Just try to take a real dairy goat, chicken, or cow across state lines and see what you get.  Your life would never be the same with all the non-compliance penalties, fees, and their favorite ‘other’ consequences.

What can you do?

10 Minute Citizen:

  • Support your local farmer.
  • Ask if they grow real food or GMO monster food.  Ask who their supplier is because these days many farmers are hoodwinked into buying GMO products.
  • CALL Veterinary Services and let them know you OPPOSE this ‘unique’ genetically modified monster livestock
  • Challenge and forbid VS from regulatory authority over GMO monster livestock and from creating a category of unique GMO livestock
  • Call and write your Legislators and Senators to protect you from invasive GMO livestock
  • Further demand that these abominations be down-right banned altogether.
  • Better yet, after you call send VS a Memorandum of Opposition which puts you officially on the recorded opposing GMO’s
  • Specifically challenge VS establishing regulatory authority over GMO monster livestock.
  • Support Scientists for Responsible Technology, Dr. Jeffrey Smith
  • Activism is easy with the Memorandum of Opposition template on our main page (www.nonaiswa.org) right hand side.
  • Here are the phone numbers.  Call today!  They are cheaper by the dozen!

Regulation & ‘Dark Matter’: Are we are on the eve of destruction?

On October 12, 2011 MIT published a research paper exploring so called ‘dark-matter’ in the human genome.  Twenty-nine species were looked at including humans and primates.  Supposedly researchers have discovered the part of the genome that REGULATES the turning on and off off genes.  The publication hailed this as a positive discovery because it could expose genetic links which cause disease.  The article goes on to say, “regulatory information that controls genes dwarfs the information in the genes themselves”.  Is this a true scientific finding or is just another promo piece for regulation down to the cellular level justifying its sustainability and existence?  The study was conducted by Broad Institute, MIT, Washington University in St. Louis and Baylor College of Medicine with project was support by the National Human Genome Research Institute, the National Institute of General Medical Sciences, the European Science Foundation, the National Science Foundation, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, an Erwin Schrödinger Fellowship, the Gates Cambridge Trust, the Novo Nordisk Foundation, the University of Copenhagen, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the Danish Council for Independent Research Medical Sciences and the Lundbeck Foundation.

“With just a few species, we didn’t have the power to pinpoint individual regions of regulatory control,” says co-author Manolis Kellis, the Karl R. Van Tassel (1925) Career Development Associate Professor of Computer Science at MIT. “This new map reveals almost 3 million previously undetectable elements in non-coding regions that have been carefully preserved across all mammals, and whose disruptions appear to be associated with human disease.”

A Treasure Trove

In their own words, “This new map helps pinpoint mutations that are likely responsible for disease — generally in genes that have been preserved across millions of years of evolution. Knowing the causal mutations and their likely functions can then help uncover the underlying disease mechanisms and reveal potential drug targets.

The scientists were able to suggest possible functions for more than half of the 360 million DNA letters contained in the conserved elements, revealing:

  • almost 4,000 previously undetected exons, or segments of DNA that code for proteins;
  • 10,000 highly conserved elements that may be involved in protein production;
  • more than 1,000 new families of RNA secondary structures with diverse roles in gene regulation; and
  • 2.7 million predicted targets of transcription factors, proteins that control gene expression.”

There are three and probably many more disturbing insights with this project:

  • The emphasis on regulation being the key.  Anyone engaged in activism understands the duality of words and semantic word games
  • The emerging filed of synthetic DNA.  At what point do we loose being human and the human soul?
  • And one very articulate comment posted at the end of the article:
It’s interesting to see what happens when those in disparate fields, like computer science and biology, collaborate. This fascinating and important study is one result. Another is the statement by a computer-scientist co-author that elements of non-coding DNA “…have been *carefully* preserved across all mammals…” [emphasis added]. I believe biologists are trained to avoid such phrasing, which suggests a conscious agent deliberately manipulating DNA through the generations. I trust the co-author’s statement reflects computer scientists’ more casually way of thinking and speaking about such topics, rather than a religious assertion.

Time will tell if humanity is on the eve of destruction as scientists, regulators, and government “play god” with their experimentation and manipulation across the fields of sciences adulterating all that was pure and good from the Creator.

Incremental Loss of Human Primacy

A few years back Jane Goodall famous for her work on the Great Apes was lobbying hard in Washington DC that humans should not own primate animals.  This came on the heels of an intense battle in legal and Schools of Higher Learning weighing the matter of human primacy vs animal primacy.  With the advent of an enhanced campaign for “conservation” and the “environment” legal arguments were formulated to replace human primacy with animal primacy.  This was tested in emergency circles when property owners faced imminent disaster to their properties and were told that they would not be allowed to protect their properties as in years past because of the fish.

Jane Goodall ended up getting a poster child, a framed innocent farmer, to complete the darker side of her work.

Fast forward several years and we come to the Ohio Wild Animal Zoo situation.  Patiently, the animal primacy advocates have waited in the wings for the next incremental step to fulfill their agenda.  On October 19th the AMVA made the announcement that human should not own wild animals.  While the whole Ohio situation is tragic the call for humans not to own wild animals is outrageous.  Many a human has lovingly saved the lives of wild animals.  Please remember as the incrementalization continues that that the agenda goes much further than a superficial glance as to whether humans should own animals.  In this brave new world of animal primacy you, your loved ones, and friends will be competing in in an algorithmically determined gladiatorial roulette game of  “scarce planetary resources” and “used carbon credits”.

How does this impact you?  Think about it next time your health care provider, referred to as doctor or physician in the past, pats you on the head and says there is nothing wrong with you ( and you know there is something very wrong) and passes you by giving the “scare resources” treat your neighbors dog because he has a productive life ahead and hasn’t used up his carbon credits.  You will soon be learning that this is the One World-One Health landscape with many tentacles.

In light of Ohio wildlife tragedy, AVMA warns against owning wild animals

In the wake of the release of dozens of wild animals from a farm in Muskingham County, Ohio, the AVMA issued a reminder to the public that individuals should never own wild animals.

How do we get back human primacy?  The only way I know is to begin with yourself and treat each person with respect and dignity no matter what their belief system is.  Then take a bold step and attempt to get legislative relief but in this climate of corruption I would not hold your breath.
