A stealth copyright campaign has begun reducing your right-to-access alternative news with a copyright infringement explosion.  It came to light in early dawn hours when a small company producing and marketing natural beauty products noticed a strange visit from a peculiar company calling itself, “Doris Day Musical”, revealing the latest threat to free and independent news.    The premise of the embryonic copyright war is that all images on the internet plantation are to be licensed and harvested with value-added fees. All images will be funneled through licensed and legal venues.  Those who operate outside the new infrastructure will be targeted through new Image Tracker software incurring post-user fees for images.  Compliance is mandatory and comes with the threat of being cut-off from telecommunications.  Last year, when I was covering the One Health announcement merging Human and Animal medicine, I was prevented from publishing the logo of a fire breathing dragon on a tilted axis earth prohibiting use subject to copyright.  What will this mean to alternative media venues and whistle-blowers who expose corrupt government policies and practices through powerful imagery accessed from websites and documents?  Continue reading →

Montana Preserve the 2nd Amendment Rally

Below are some snapshots from boots on the ground at the pro-2nd Amendment rally in Helena at high noon last last Saturday.  There was a fair turnout with around 300 people in attendance coming from all four corners of the state to participate in about an hour long rally for the Second Amendment.  The event drew Legislators who participated in the event and drew local and national media attention.  The rally lasted about an hour with approximately 10 people speaking. The rally was kicked off by Montana’s passionate state organizer from Guns Across America.  Citizens, spoke and homeschooling parents and a married woman whose husband travels and finds comfort while he is away because she can protect herself.  Veterans came in number holding signs and the American flag.   It was an inspirational afternoon beginning with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Folks rallied on the corner of the street feedback was very positive with honks, waves, words of encouragement.  Only a few die-hard liberals snubbed their noses or gave activists the thumbs down sign.  At least they had the freedom to provide their opinion and so did those who came together united in spirit in remembrance and gratitude for the part that the 2nd Amendment has played in our Republic.

I would encourage anyone who did not attend to participate in the next event.  You will meet lots of like-minded individuals, be able to network, and drew attention to the issue for preservation of the 2nd Amendment.

Remember!  The USDA is one of those agencies with a whole lot of guns and ammo stored in an effort to coerce you to comply with their unconstitutional regulations. You may not think of yourself as political but when we loose our freedom to bear arms with NO infringement we loose our other freedoms and rights.  Do not let yourself voluntarily give up your firearms.  Voluntary programs are the cornerstone of all federal programs.  If you participate in the Background Check you are voluntarily giving away your private information to agencies who have no right to it, unless you give it away.  Don’t let them get their meat hooks into you!

Happy Agriculture Census!  Time has just flown by!  While you were struggling to find non-GMO animal feed and trying to preserve your private property the clock has just kept ticking until the middle of December when your very own, up-close and personal, agricultural census was sent in the mail.  Maybe you haven’t seen it yet amongst all your holiday greetings but if you haven’t received it, you will.

Three Million Farmers?

But wait!  You say, ” I am not a farm!”  Well, according to the law you are a farm.  A farm is any property that has potential to make $1000 from anything.  That’s right!  Anything!  You may knit or fix cars.  Maybe you don’t do anything but sit on your rear and get freebies like your Obama phone, but that doesn’t matter, because you are now an asset of the US government and you have potential to make them money.  That is what this massive and intrusive census is all about.  It is to collect all the information that they can on you and your assets voluntarily. New this year, the NASS says, there are 3 million farmers in America.  In 2005, there only 2 million farms.  Since then, due to harsh regulations and agri-business swallowing up all the little guys that number has plummeted.  Anyone in farming or ranching can tell you that.  So what is with this 3 million farmers?  That is you or maybe your neighbor.  Not everybody is their partner yet but they hope you can help them change that.  This year I tried to give you a sneak preview on what will be hitting your mail box, but for the first time they have a sophisticated verification process online, so you can’t see unless you really take the live census.  I didn’t want to go down that rabbit hole.

What do they do with all that information? 

They tell you upfront that all employees are sworn to secrecy on your information with high fines and imprisonment should they spill the beans on your private data. What they don’t say is that for years they give the collected data to all agencies and even foreign countries for purposes such as integrating the Unites States with Canada and Mexico into a super-region.  Yes, they share their information with almost anyone they can sell it to.

According to the NASS website:  NASS’s international projects have covered the globe and a wide array of statistical activities, including:

  • Review of existing and development of new sample survey and census programs;
  • Development of sampling frames, both area and list;
  • Design of more efficient survey samples;
  • Testing and implementation of new and improved survey methods;
  • Introduction of new methods for analyzing survey data;
  • Development of objective crop yield forecasting and estimating programs;
  • Consultation on the use of remote sensing technology;(satellite)
  • Development of data processing systems; and
  • Delivery of short-term seminars and training programs, both in-country and in the U.S.

Can I opt-out?

According to NASS the answer would be a resounding no. They cite “United States law (Title 7, U.S. Code) requires all those who receive a Census report form to respond even if they did not operate a farm or ranch in 2012.”  We have covered this extensively on this site.  The requirement is that you respond.  The only Constitutional thing you need to answer is how many people in your dwelling.  After that you can write a polite civil or religious cover letter stating that you do not participate or believe this to be a legitimate census.  I have personally used the Religious Objection notification with great success.  Since there is a requirement to respond it is not advisable to just throw it in the round can these days.  They are just looking for an excuse to extract generous amounts of revenue their way so I would take the template Census Objection and use it or something similar.

One last tidbit is that this year they will be mailing and calling with “special” surveys on particular areas of interest, so be prepared.

One Health: UN Merging of Human and Veterinary Medicine

The One Health agenda of merging of human and animal medicine and policy took a giant step with an announcement made earlier this year with the signing a contractual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Bangkok on October 13, 2012.  This meeting was kept very secret until the event actually occurred and only released to the public a week ago.

This MOU goes much further than just merging veterinary and human medicine. It will apply international standards to public education, medical science, medical art, medical ethics, and health care for all life on the planet under the guise of promoting health and well-being.  The World Health Organization (WHO) will be the hammer that will strike living creatures through a net of health systems.  They will strike in 3 year year increments with zoonotic disease, increased “food safety” (control), increased health status (healthy animals=healthy people),phasing in veterinarians into areas of zoonotic disease, food safety and other areas such as microbial controls.

Other MOU’s were signed with the OIE and FAO self-appointed United Nations animal health standard organizations.  By the way, this MOU was 666 KB. Coincidence?

Objective 1 is that the parties agree to collaborate in the One-Heath concept which is a unified veterinary and human medicine, (veterinarians and physicians) in order to improve the Global Health.

Objective 2: that the parties agree:

  • Support joint educational efforts between human and veterinary medical schools
  • Support cross species disease surveillance and control efforts
  • Collaborate the responsible use of anti-microbials (antibiotics and anti-fungals)
  • Enhance collaboration between human and veterinary medical professions in medical care, clinical care, public health, and biomedical research.

You are witnessing a day when the historical natural border of human primacy has been magically erased and animals of the human realm and traditional animal kingdom elevated to dominate man.  Bestial human animals without a soul will soon control your life.  Will you let them?  That is the question.

Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact

Purpose

The Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact was created to promote compliance with the laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions and administrative rules that relate to the management of wildlife resources in the respective member states. The violation of wildlife laws interfere with the management of wildlife resources and may endanger the safety of persons and property. The Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact establishes a process whereby wildlife law violations conducted by a non-resident while in a member state may be handled as if the person were a resident in the state where the violation took place, in that personal recognizance may be permitted instead of arrest, booking and bonding. This process is convenient for citizens of member states and increases the efficiency of Wisconsin conservation wardens by allowing more time for enforcement duties rather than violator processing procedures that are required for arrest, booking and bonding of non-residents. October Surprise: Does it include a depopulation “bio” bug?

The Department of Justice in Washington DC is looking at our site for information of the chain of command of government officials in a depopulation disease event.  The military uses this term, and also agencies such as DHS and FEMA.  This is outside of the U. S. State Department‘s Office of Population Affairs policy office established by Henry Kissinger in 1975 for purposes of monitoring and impacting population.  Is the big bio event ready to hit for an October surprise?

Time will tell.

Certified B Corporations 

One of the most vicious wars of the 21st century is the war against historical and traditional modes of practice and business.  Nine days before the RIO+21 Conference the UNEP released an almost prophetic “green” map of the U.S. foretelling the march to destroy the natural health industry.  Ground zero for the engagement was slated to take place in the deep in the heart of Texas area where science would take-on the natural health industry with repercussions rippling across America.  Notice the keywords:  natural health, science, poverty, agriculture, cattle, GHG, fire, integrated, governance, convention, integrity, and so forth.
 

 The UN chose the logo “The Future We Want” for their RIO+20  Agenda 21 inauguration. 

 What is not commonly known is that for seven years a secret environmental corporation called a Certified B Corporation was being created.  In 2010 a few companies were chosen to become Certified B Corporations and that number has steadily increased.  As a wolf in sheep’s clothing the green Certified B Corporations pretended to be small grass-roots health oriented companies but in fact were swallowing up companies to merge with UN green governance.

Small companies and vendors were not advised of the green policies until the post RIO+20 unveiling.  This is what was happening when the community-based virtual Farmers Market, Etsy, radically changed its policies for 15 million members & vendors, including Shepherd’s Heart, a small natural beauty and health business, for “a higher social mission of corporate governance, and to solve social and environmental problems”.  Etsy had merged with 521 other companies, an estimated economic clout of $2.9 billion, to support “social and environmental responsibility”.  Businesses and vendors operating under the new Certified B Corporations are suddenly finding themselves transformed into collectivist green slaves in order to make the world “fair and humane.”  According to Albert Wegner of Square Ventures, “Etsy will reshape our economy and society,” while empowering women and well-being – all key words of the Agenda 21 Manifesto.  In the seven states which currently recognize Certified B Corporations they passed with bi-partisan support and voluntarily, like IRS voluntary.

This transparent war between B Corporations (under UN policy) and the natural health industry is what two grandmothers, Celeste Bishop and Pat Showalter,  selling homemade Shepherd’s Heart natural beauty products on the virtual Farmers Market Etsy tripped onto back in August.  They received notification that their products would now be considered making “illegal drug claims”.  They were given 7 days to comply to new policies.  Reference was alluded to compliance with laws and regulations although Etsy declined to cite them.   This is because they are international treaties, unconstitutional, and may not supersede the constitution within the United States.

The logo for the new green Certified B Corporations is eerily similar to the RIO+20 logo:

The Calvert Foundation is funding the Certified B Corporation with subsidiary B Lab, a compliance tool  to tell consumers “the difference between good companies” (green governance compliant) and just good marketing (non-compliant company’s tricks).  B Labs has created a new GIIRS rating  system created by the Rockefeller Impact Investing Corporation. 

Why do you need to care about Certified B Corporations?

In their own words:  “Government is necessary… but insufficient.  Business is the most powerful force on the planet…”  Their vision is no less than to control the world through environmental tyranny.  Certified B Corporations support entrepreneurs who use business as a “force”, who will “redefine success in business”.  

Certified B Corporations seek to expand legal structure to make decisions which in their opinion are “good for society.”

 Declaration of Inter-Dependence

Certified B Corporations have polluted our Declaration of Independence turning it into a Declaration of Inter-Dependence.  To become a Certified B Corporation you must:

  •          Use the Certified B Corporation Name,
  •          Use the Certified B Corporation Seal,
  •          Be consistent with Certified B Corporation Brand-Usage
  •         Allow your company names and logos to promote B Corporation
  •         You must sign the  Declaration of Inter-Dependence

                       In a nutshell, green visionaries are well into the process of merging private corporations into a Public Good.  Instead of Legislator’s working for the people minister’s of evil turning the reigns of control over to corporations and a “new economy”.  We will continue to see perversion and mergers until there is only one wicked empire, and we are almost there. A White Paper was crafted and presented by three law firms to achieve their legal goals.

 If you see this legislation in your state OPPOSE it .  It gives Certified B Corporations freedom and legal power to do just about anything the UN desires.

Persuasion & Brand Integrity For Dummies

Certified B Corporations were crafted by attorneys from three national law firms who developed a framework.  From the farmer to the seamstress, around the globe, this war is being waged.  Corrupt corporations have developed a Third Party certification for consumers, hoping against hope that they will put their blind trust in some thing new.  Shrewd marketers are persuading you to support companies they feel are ‘good companies’.  Certified B Corporations are in the middle of an intense campaign at conferences, exhibitions, and events to get you cast your dollar and time their way.  Unbelievably this ‘Third Party’ has created new logos and semantics which you are supposed to put your blind trust in and have stricken common usage of words.  Shepherd’s Heart and other small companies have found this to be true and in alignment as testified through correspondence with B Corporations such as Etsy.

We are entering an nefarious era when we need to be able to discern our world and products we buy in alignment with our moral, ethical and spiritual beliefs.  We need to be able to ask questions that will lead us to the truth about a company’s roots and value system.   Certified B Corporation’s take for granted that we will not do our homework about them.  They have slick one-line mind control triggers which are designed to wear down our barriers and to deceive us.  The UN wants to suck us all into their warped green governance.  We are becoming desensitized and cavalier to terms such as ‘Cradle to Grave’ and ‘Cradle to Cradle’ but do you really know what they mean?  Cradle to Grave refers to a Full Lifetime Assessment from ‘Resource Extraction’ (just like in the movie,The Island) to Carcass Management Disposal, although in the emerging green fantasy world there is no escape. In graphic terms, the powers-that-be want to recycle everything, including your dead body.  Hence, “Changing the Meaning of the Name’ from a Carcass Management Convention back in 2006. This explains the new 21st-century war against the natural health industry, they want us dead, not healthy.

If deception and force are the only way the UN can get us to opt-in that’s what they will use.  Certified B Corporations are more than green business.

UK BioWeapon Facility Changes it’s Name

The Institute for Animal Health in the United Kingdom will change its name to The Pirbright Institute on Oct. 4, the institute announced recently. The institute said it is also moving its headquarters to Pirbright and is working on an updated visual identity. “We are creating a state-of-the-art Institute on a single campus at Pirbright, Surrey, UK.,” the institute said in a statement. “The Institute will continue to carry out its world will continue to carry out its world leading surveillance and research into virus diseases of livestock and viruses that spread from animals to humans” spreading state-of-the-art bioweapons globally. This is the facility responsible for the tragic FMD that caused the deaths of millions of cattle.

The shortening of names and merging of corporations is part of the new agricultural trend.
