The One Health agenda of merging of human and animal medicine and policy took a giant step with an announcement made earlier this year with the signing a contractual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Bangkok on October 13, 2012.  This meeting was kept very secret until the event actually occurred and only released to the public a week ago.

This MOU goes much further than just merging veterinary and human medicine. It will apply international standards to public education, medical science, medical art, medical ethics, and health care for all life on the planet under the guise of promoting health and well-being.  The World Health Organization (WHO) will be the hammer that will strike living creatures through a net of health systems.  They will strike in 3 year year increments with zoonotic disease, increased “food safety” (control), increased health status (healthy animals=healthy people),phasing in veterinarians into areas of zoonotic disease, food safety and other areas such as microbial controls.

Other MOU’s were signed with the OIE and FAO self-appointed United Nations animal health standard organizations.  By the way, this MOU was 666 KB. Coincidence?

Objective 1 is that the parties agree to collaborate in the One-Heath concept which is a unified veterinary and human medicine, (veterinarians and physicians) in order to improve the Global Health.

Objective 2: that the parties agree:

  • Support joint educational efforts between human and veterinary medical schools
  • Support cross species disease surveillance and control efforts
  • Collaborate the responsible use of anti-microbials (antibiotics and anti-fungals)
  • Enhance collaboration between human and veterinary medical professions in medical care, clinical care, public health, and biomedical research.

You are witnessing a day when the historical natural border of human primacy has been magically erased and animals of the human realm and traditional animal kingdom elevated to dominate man.  Bestial human animals without a soul will soon control your life.  Will you let them?  That is the question.

Yes!  I want to see the document!

Domination of America by Executive Order & Global Regulation

On this May 1, the international socialist day, the usurper-in-Chief put America under further domination by an Executive Order that America submit to global regulation in the interest of meeting (unconstitutional ) goals, and establish a Regulatory Working Group.  Wink, wink…this is why the NIAA focus this year was Increasing Regulation in Economically Tough Times.  The usurper-in-Chief used the infamous Emergency Clause: “for the health, welfare and safety” which suspends the right to referendum.  It is akin to suspending the Constitution.

EXECUTIVE ORDER
- – - – - – -
PROMOTING INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY COOPERATION

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to promote international regulatory cooperation, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Executive Order 13563 of January 18, 2011 (Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review), states that our regulatory system must protect public health, welfare, safety, and our environment while promoting economic growth, innovation, competitiveness, and job creation. In an increasingly global economy, international regulatory cooperation, consistent with domestic law and prerogatives and U.S. trade policy, can be an important means of promoting the goals of Executive Order 13563.

The regulatory approaches taken by foreign governments may differ from those taken by U.S. regulatory agencies to address similar issues. In some cases, the differences between the regulatory approaches of U.S. agencies and those of their foreign counterparts might not be necessary and might impair the ability of American businesses to export and compete internationally. In meeting shared challenges involving health, safety, labor, security, environmental, and other issues, international regulatory cooperation can identify approaches that are at least as protective as those that are or would be adopted in the absence of such cooperation. International regulatory cooperation can also reduce, eliminate, or prevent unnecessary differences in regulatory requirements. Continue reading

High-Five! The Coming One World Legal Regimes

One Health: Five Coming Legal Regimes

Open Access: For Educational Purposes Only Author given full and exclusive credit

Yes! I want to read the technical brief!

Astract: Today’s global health challenges require a multi-sectoral approach in which health is a fundamental value within global governance and international law. “One Health, One World” provides a unified, harmonious vision of global health governance that supports the well-being of humans and animals living in a clean and temperate environment. This article focuses on five (coming) legal regimes:

  • Trade law
  • Food security law
  • Environmental law
  • Humanitarian law
  • Refugee law

All these play a pivotal role in influencing health outcomes and are integral to achieving the One Health, One World vision. International trade, for example, opens markets not only to life-saving products such as vaccines, medicines, and medical equipment, but also to life-threatening products such as tobacco and asbestos. If strengthened and enforced, environmental law can decrease air and water pollution, major causes of death and disability. World hunger has been exacerbated by the global economic crisis and climate change, increasing the urgency for international law to enhance food security. Humanitarian law must similarly be strengthened to protect civilians adequately as the nature of warfare continues to change. Refugee law plays a pivotal role in protecting the health of deeply vulnerable people who lack food, shelter, and social stability. Higher standards and more effective compliance are necessary for international law to realize its full potential to safeguard the world’s population. (This means more regulation and enforcement to carry out the control grid).

How do you score? WA State Invasive Species Tool for Invasive Agencies

Top Invasive Species Violators

and 700 more, giving gov regulators the power to trample your private property rights

You are wondering about the Michigan invasive pig law?  Is it legitimate?  Farmers have been education the public on the Terrestrial Animal Health Code since 2005.  Quietly each state in the Republic has taken money to implement this United Nations Code.  The Terrestrial Animal Health Code manifests in your state as the Invasive Species laws and regulations.  Basically each State took money to interfere with your absolute right in property ownership.

How do you know invasive species laws and regulations are active in your state?  Look up the regulations and laws in your state or your can blindly run into hundreds of checkpoints in your state checking for invasive species.  You think it is just aquatic, no, it is incremental implementation.

Here is the tool:

WA has even established a toll free INFEST invasive species sighting Hot Line.

WA Invasive Species Council

Established by the legislature in 2006 and then extended in 2011, the council was tasked with providing policy level direction, planning, and coordination for combating harmful invasive species throughout the state and preventing the introduction of others that may be potentially harmful.

The Washington Invasive Species Council evaluated more than 700 invasive species in and around Washington to analyze which posed the greatest threat to the state’s environment, economy, and human health. The council selected 50 priority species for action in the short term.

Judge To Decide If Whales Get Constitutional Protection

http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2012/02/judge-to-decide-if-whales-get-constitutional-protection/

Here we go…the One Health agenda has come out of the closet with fisty-cuffs swinging and the integration of animals (gov puts that first), humans, environment, economic, and societal sectors.  A few years ago humans lost legal primacy to animals so really was just a show trial to educate and raise awareness.  Keep your eyes open as this agenda bubbles…  Where has our constitutional protection gone?  To the animals!

Should animals get the same constitutional protection against slavery as humans? That’s what a federal judge in California will decide after hearing arguments this week from a leftwing animal rights group that claims an amusement park treats captured killer whales like slaves.

It marks the first time in U.S. history that a federal court considers whether the 13th Amendment, which prohibits slavery between humans, applies to animals. In this case the plaintiffs are five orcas (Tilikum, Katina, Kasatka, Ulises and Corky) living in tanks at Sea World in San Diego California and Orlando Florida. They perform in daily shows at the parks on opposite coasts of the country.

But the whales’ attorneys from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) claim they are “incarcerated” and treated like slaves because they’re forced to live in tanks and perform in shows. This amounts to slavery, according to the orcas’ PETA lawyer, Jeff Kerr. “It’s a new frontier in civil rights,” Kerr said. “Slavery does not depend on the species of the slave any more than it depends on race, gender, or ethnicity. Coercion, degradation, and subjugation characterize slavery, and these orcas have endured all three.”

That’s a whale of a statement! Sea World’s attorney said PETA is wasting the court’s time since the case defies common sense and goes against 125 years of case law applied to the Constitution’s 13th Amendment, which prohibits slavery only between humans. “Neither orcas nor any other animal were included in the ‘We the people’ … when the Constitution was adopted,” he told the judge.

Arguments went on for an hour and the judge didn’t indicate when he would rule, only that it would be at a later date. The whales’ attorney maintained a steady level of passion, calling it a historic day. “ For the first time in our nation’s history, a federal court heard arguments as to whether living, breathing, feeling beings have rights and can be enslaved simply because they happen to not have been born human. By any definition these orcas have been enslaved here.”

Incremental Loss of Human Primacy

A few years back Jane Goodall famous for her work on the Great Apes was lobbying hard in Washington DC that humans should not own primate animals.  This came on the heels of an intense battle in legal and Schools of Higher Learning weighing the matter of human primacy vs animal primacy.  With the advent of an enhanced campaign for “conservation” and the “environment” legal arguments were formulated to replace human primacy with animal primacy.  This was tested in emergency circles when property owners faced imminent disaster to their properties and were told that they would not be allowed to protect their properties as in years past because of the fish.

Jane Goodall ended up getting a poster child, a framed innocent farmer, to complete the darker side of her work.

Fast forward several years and we come to the Ohio Wild Animal Zoo situation.  Patiently, the animal primacy advocates have waited in the wings for the next incremental step to fulfill their agenda.  On October 19th the AMVA made the announcement that human should not own wild animals.  While the whole Ohio situation is tragic the call for humans not to own wild animals is outrageous.  Many a human has lovingly saved the lives of wild animals.  Please remember as the incrementalization continues that that the agenda goes much further than a superficial glance as to whether humans should own animals.  In this brave new world of animal primacy you, your loved ones, and friends will be competing in in an algorithmically determined gladiatorial roulette game of  “scarce planetary resources” and “used carbon credits”.

How does this impact you?  Think about it next time your health care provider, referred to as doctor or physician in the past, pats you on the head and says there is nothing wrong with you ( and you know there is something very wrong) and passes you by giving the “scare resources” treat your neighbors dog because he has a productive life ahead and hasn’t used up his carbon credits.  You will soon be learning that this is the One World-One Health landscape with many tentacles.

In light of Ohio wildlife tragedy, AVMA warns against owning wild animals

In the wake of the release of dozens of wild animals from a farm in Muskingham County, Ohio, the AVMA issued a reminder to the public that individuals should never own wild animals.

How do we get back human primacy?  The only way I know is to begin with yourself and treat each person with respect and dignity no matter what their belief system is.  Then take a bold step and attempt to get legislative relief but in this climate of corruption I would not hold your breath.

Merging Humans with Animals

Merging Humans and Animals Begins with Identification

Merging humans with animals began quietly with the incremental implementation of the Terrestrial Animal Health Code and a challenge in the legal sphere to human supremacy.  Most people are not even aware that these two quiet battles will merge most facets of being human with the animal kingdom.  After the US adopted much of the Terrestrial Animal Health Code created by the UN for global governance shielded from most eyes animal husbandry began to change from its traditional norms to a artificial science-based mutation. The program which morphs names calls for:

1.  Registration

2.  Electronic Identification

3.  Constant surveillance

What began as a program for animals is now being phased into programs for people.  Below was extracted from the Department of Homeland Security website.
