Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail,
Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war? Job 38:22-23
At the time of Creation many things were including the rainbow and storehouses of hail. Providential hail is listed four times in Scripture, as one of the Ten Plagues, at the time Children of Israel lead by Joshua were conquering the Land of Israel against the five Emorite kings, at time of the end during the Gog and Magog war, and in Revelation.
Ancient man associated the Hebrew name of hail with the dappled horses found in Zechariah 6, a time of judgment.
When Moses raised up his hand to cease the plague of hail it is said in tradition that the hailstones that had not yet fallen remained in the great celestial storehouses and the hail which was in process of raining down were suspended mid-air reserved in the celestial storehouses for the times of Joshua, Gog & Magog, and the End of Days.
As impossible as this sounds the question was once asked by a Samaritan, “Is it really conceivable that the upper waters could be suspended simply by God’s Word?”
To which a response was given. Try this simple experiment! “Bring me a water-clock container that has holes in it on the bottom and a finger sized hole on the top. Fill it with water and seal the top hole with your finger, and you will find that the water will not fall out of the bottom holes; but when you remove your finger, the waters will spurt out of all the bottom holes. Signs in the heavens act as a mirror for earth, in heaven so is it upon the earth. Geo-engineering, climate control has been going on for centuries. Is it a curse or has it become part of God’s master plan? Who really controls the weather?

Our lives are to be a heavenly reflection, on earth as it is in heaven. As we gaze up into the heavens do we behold a majestic sapphire blue sky with wisps of soft clouds floating – or a gray haze, a dim lens through which we must experience the vastness of creation? This dullness impacting our senses was not always a reality. There is a phenomenon known as the intentional process of cloud-seeding to evoke weather modification and make huge profits by altering our skies and then coordinating blasts of various frequencies into our atmosphere. Geo-engineering curses the environment of planet earth. You have probably seen the chem-trails above your head and not thought much about them. As foretold in the Holy Scriptures and handed down in the legends of many cultures soon you will not be able to escape.
Fiery Hail Storm
The day is coming when you are going experience a fierce global thunderstorm that will pummel you with fiery-hailstones up to 100 pounds in size falling from the sky at the speed of sound, possibly the speed of light. You will not be able to prepare because it will rain down upon you before you see or hear it. In Scriptural days it was known as fire and brimstone, although the likes of this thunder super-storm, has never been experienced from the beginning.
In Deuteronomy 28:22-24 Israel was given a choice to inherit numerous blessings if they obeyed God but if they chose not to obey God, He enumerated many curses that would befall them.
”The LORD shall smite thee with a consumption (TB), and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.”
Whether you believe in the Bible or not these curses or plagues are falling upon mankind.

Did you know that you have been defined as an ‘animal’ according to an OIE Guideline Document on Invasive Species and are considered lower in the animal kingdom than a pathogen?
Are you aware that not only are you considered an animal, you are considered a non-native alien animal to the ecosystem?
And you do understand that you suddenly find yourself defined as an “Invasive Non-Native (also known as an invasive alien) Animal” who has established and spread “outside of its native distribution area” and that you could be causing “harm to the environment, animal health, or economy”. The People’s Garden Initiative began very quietly back in 2009 with an announcement by Secretary Vilsack of the USDA, arch-nemesis of freedom loving Americans. Supposedly, it was named after President Abraham Lincoln who founded the USDA. While the emphasis is on President Abraham Lincoln it is provocative that the Peoples Garden of America came into existence on the 60th anniversary of the the Peoples Republic of China. Coincidence?

The new year of 2013 is here and with it the USDA is asking you to register your garden with the Peoples Garden Initiative. It is all under the guise of new user-friendly and “join the collective” mindset implementing Traceability Rules and Agenda 21.
What this means is that your property gets a federal number called a premise number. Your property then becomes an asset of the US government. The sneaky government then puts you in a secondary position on your title (if you still own anything) and they assume first position. Your title then becomes clouded should you ever want to sell your property. In that first position they can tell you do do anything they want with your property! Including horrendous Agenda 21 regulations or guidelines.
You can plant a vegetable, beautification, wildlife, or other garden. It can be new or existing but you must adhere to the three pillars of sharing, sustainability, and collaboration.

You might say this sounds alright.. I am a person who cares about others. But what does this really mean in government double-speak? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4!
1. You voluntarily register your garden, private property, and become a People’s Garden, giving up your status as a private property owner, forever. It is critical that you do this voluntarily because ‘voluntary’ is the cornerstone to all federal programs. I have it documented when talking with a government employee back in December of 2005 that once you are in the database you never get out.
2. You then partner with organizations or agencies representing people who sit on their duffs and wanting free food!
3. This is the best part. You then prepare the garden, pay for the seeds, plant the seeds, do the weeding, do the watering, do the hoeing ,do the cultivating, do the watering, and harvest your crop. You provide all the blood, sweat, and tears.
4. You must then turn your crop over to lazy and free-loading people.
As Americans we should all help others in need but that does not mean that the government should in any way be involved. It should be up to your own ability, morals, and ethics to give, how much to give, and whom to give to. America should not become one large entitlement welfare state. If a person works he or she should eat, but if a person sits and does nothing, they should suffer the consequences of that decision. We should all be vehemently opposed to the UN mandate that just because someone in Bangladesh has a 300 calories a day diet and poor nutrition, that Americans are required to have no more calories or nutrition than anyone else in the world. This is one of the stated goals of Agenda 21.
10 Minute citizen: Make your garden, and eat it too!. If you have an abundant crop, share with others, or preserve it for years when food might not be so plentiful.
Preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse the powers-that-be have erased the distinction and boundaries between human and animals established at creation. By erasing these boundaries global policy makers have determined that you are an animal “legally”. There is a massive campaign on right now to indoctrinate you into their ideology. The rhetoric is escalating for the integration of human and animal medicine. For instance, the professional American Veterinary Medical Association published a recent press-release rationalizing the benefits of being treated by a veterinarian during the Zombie Apocalypse. While it is true that humans and animals have a similar biological make-up there are differences which are unique to humans. These differences must be addressed both spiritually and physiologically by a physician who treats humans. Pay close attention the the skillfully crafted words of this press-release :

The One Health agenda of merging of human and animal medicine and policy took a giant step with an announcement made earlier this year with the signing a contractual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Bangkok on October 13, 2012. This meeting was kept very secret until the event actually occurred and only released to the public a week ago.
This MOU goes much further than just merging veterinary and human medicine. It will apply international standards to public education, medical science, medical art, medical ethics, and health care for all life on the planet under the guise of promoting health and well-being. The World Health Organization (WHO) will be the hammer that will strike living creatures through a net of health systems. They will strike in 3 year year increments with zoonotic disease, increased “food safety” (control), increased health status (healthy animals=healthy people),phasing in veterinarians into areas of zoonotic disease, food safety and other areas such as microbial controls.
Other MOU’s were signed with the OIE and FAO self-appointed United Nations animal health standard organizations. By the way, this MOU was 666 KB. Coincidence?
Objective 1 is that the parties agree to collaborate in the One-Heath concept which is a unified veterinary and human medicine, (veterinarians and physicians) in order to improve the Global Health.

You are witnessing a day when the historical natural border of human primacy has been magically erased and animals of the human realm and traditional animal kingdom elevated to dominate man. Bestial human animals without a soul will soon control your life. Will you let them? That is the question.

The Wildlife Trust which feeds on your compassion and care for te environment has been renamed to EcoHealth. They held their first international conference in September 2012. It also includes the philosophy of One Health the merging of human, animal, wildlife, economic, and environment disciplines.

The Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact was created to promote compliance with the laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions and administrative rules that relate to the management of wildlife resources in the respective member states. The violation of wildlife laws interfere with the management of wildlife resources and may endanger the safety of persons and property. The Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact establishes a process whereby wildlife law violations conducted by a non-resident while in a member state may be handled as if the person were a resident in the state where the violation took place, in that personal recognizance may be permitted instead of arrest, booking and bonding. This process is convenient for citizens of member states and increases the efficiency of Wisconsin conservation wardens by allowing more time for enforcement duties rather than violator processing procedures that are required for arrest, booking and bonding of non-residents.
