Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail,
Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war? Job 38:22-23

Providential hail is listed four times in Scripture, as one of the Ten Plagues, at the time Children of Israel lead by Joshua were conquering the Land of Israel against the five Emorite kings, at time of the end during the Gog and Magog war, and in Revelation.
Ancient man associated the Hebrew name of hail with the dappled horses found in Zechariah 6, a time of judgment.
