Montana Preserve the 2nd Amendment Rally

Below are some snapshots from boots on the ground at the pro-2nd Amendment rally in Helena at high noon last last Saturday.  There was a fair turnout with around 300 people in attendance coming from all four corners of the state to participate in about an hour long rally for the Second Amendment.  The event drew Legislators who participated in the event and drew local and national media attention.  The rally lasted about an hour with approximately 10 people speaking. The rally was kicked off by Montana’s passionate state organizer from Guns Across America.  Citizens, spoke and homeschooling parents and a married woman whose husband travels and finds comfort while he is away because she can protect herself.  Veterans came in number holding signs and the American flag.   It was an inspirational afternoon beginning with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Folks rallied on the corner of the street feedback was very positive with honks, waves, words of encouragement.  Only a few die-hard liberals snubbed their noses or gave activists the thumbs down sign.  At least they had the freedom to provide their opinion and so did those who came together united in spirit in remembrance and gratitude for the part that the 2nd Amendment has played in our Republic.

I would encourage anyone who did not attend to participate in the next event.  You will meet lots of like-minded individuals, be able to network, and drew attention to the issue for preservation of the 2nd Amendment.

Remember!  The USDA is one of those agencies with a whole lot of guns and ammo stored in an effort to coerce you to comply with their unconstitutional regulations. You may not think of yourself as political but when we loose our freedom to bear arms with NO infringement we loose our other freedoms and rights.  Do not let yourself voluntarily give up your firearms.  Voluntary programs are the cornerstone of all federal programs.  If you participate in the Background Check you are voluntarily giving away your private information to agencies who have no right to it, unless you give it away.  Don’t let them get their meat hooks into you!

Happy Agriculture Census!  Time has just flown by!  While you were struggling to find non-GMO animal feed and trying to preserve your private property the clock has just kept ticking until the middle of December when your very own, up-close and personal, agricultural census was sent in the mail.  Maybe you haven’t seen it yet amongst all your holiday greetings but if you haven’t received it, you will.

Three Million Farmers?

But wait!  You say, ” I am not a farm!”  Well, according to the law you are a farm.  A farm is any property that has potential to make $1000 from anything.  That’s right!  Anything!  You may knit or fix cars.  Maybe you don’t do anything but sit on your rear and get freebies like your Obama phone, but that doesn’t matter, because you are now an asset of the US government and you have potential to make them money.  That is what this massive and intrusive census is all about.  It is to collect all the information that they can on you and your assets voluntarily. New this year, the NASS says, there are 3 million farmers in America.  In 2005, there only 2 million farms.  Since then, due to harsh regulations and agri-business swallowing up all the little guys that number has plummeted.  Anyone in farming or ranching can tell you that.  So what is with this 3 million farmers?  That is you or maybe your neighbor.  Not everybody is their partner yet but they hope you can help them change that.  This year I tried to give you a sneak preview on what will be hitting your mail box, but for the first time they have a sophisticated verification process online, so you can’t see unless you really take the live census.  I didn’t want to go down that rabbit hole.

What do they do with all that information? 

They tell you upfront that all employees are sworn to secrecy on your information with high fines and imprisonment should they spill the beans on your private data. What they don’t say is that for years they give the collected data to all agencies and even foreign countries for purposes such as integrating the Unites States with Canada and Mexico into a super-region.  Yes, they share their information with almost anyone they can sell it to.

According to the NASS website:  NASS’s international projects have covered the globe and a wide array of statistical activities, including:

  • Review of existing and development of new sample survey and census programs;
  • Development of sampling frames, both area and list;
  • Design of more efficient survey samples;
  • Testing and implementation of new and improved survey methods;
  • Introduction of new methods for analyzing survey data;
  • Development of objective crop yield forecasting and estimating programs;
  • Consultation on the use of remote sensing technology;(satellite)
  • Development of data processing systems; and
  • Delivery of short-term seminars and training programs, both in-country and in the U.S.

Can I opt-out?

According to NASS the answer would be a resounding no. They cite “United States law (Title 7, U.S. Code) requires all those who receive a Census report form to respond even if they did not operate a farm or ranch in 2012.”  We have covered this extensively on this site.  The requirement is that you respond.  The only Constitutional thing you need to answer is how many people in your dwelling.  After that you can write a polite civil or religious cover letter stating that you do not participate or believe this to be a legitimate census.  I have personally used the Religious Objection notification with great success.  Since there is a requirement to respond it is not advisable to just throw it in the round can these days.  They are just looking for an excuse to extract generous amounts of revenue their way so I would take the template Census Objection and use it or something similar.

One last tidbit is that this year they will be mailing and calling with “special” surveys on particular areas of interest, so be prepared.

Liberty Takes a Hit with the New Biosurveillance National Strategy

On the heels of RIO+ 21 the Obama Administration has put together a Biosurveillance strategy that has been long in the works and supposedly closes loopholes the the GAO addressed in the former strategy.  Obama has declared that, “As a Nation, we must be prepared for the full range of threats, including a terrorist attack involving a biological agent, the spread of infectious diseases, and food-borne illnesses.” Continue reading →

Domination of America by Executive Order & Global Regulation

On this May 1, the international socialist day, the usurper-in-Chief put America under further domination by an Executive Order that America submit to global regulation in the interest of meeting (unconstitutional ) goals,and establish a Regulatory Working Group.  Wink, wink…this is why the NIAA focus this year was Increasing Regulation in Economically Tough Times.  The usurper-in-Chief used the infamous Emergency Clause: “for the health, welfare and safety” which suspends the right to referendum.  It is akin to suspending the Constitution.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to promote international regulatory cooperation, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Executive Order 13563 of January 18, 2011 (Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review), states that our regulatory system must protect public health, welfare, safety, and our environment while promoting economic growth, innovation, competitiveness, and job creation. In an increasingly global economy, international regulatory cooperation, consistent with domestic law and prerogatives and U.S. trade policy, can be an important means of promoting the goals of Executive Order 13563.

The regulatory approaches taken by foreign governments may differ from those taken by U.S. regulatory agencies to address similar issues. In some cases, the differences between the regulatory approaches of U.S. agencies and those of their foreign counterparts might not be necessary and might impair the ability of American businesses to export and compete internationally. In meeting shared challenges involving health, safety, labor, security, environmental, and other issues, international regulatory cooperation can identify approaches that are at least as protective as those that are or would be adopted in the absence of such cooperation. Here we go…the One Health agenda has come out of the closet with fisty-cuffs swinging and the integration of animals (gov puts that first), humans, environment, economic, and societal sectors.  A few years ago humans lost legal primacy to animals so really was just a show trial to educate and raise awareness.  Keep your eyes open as this agenda bubbles…  Where has our constitutional protection gone?  To the animals!

Should animals get the same constitutional protection against slavery as humans? That’s what a federal judge in California will decide after hearing arguments this week from a leftwing animal rights group that claims an amusement park treats captured killer whales like slaves.

It marks the first time in U.S. history that a federal court considers whether the 13th Amendment, which prohibits slavery between humans, applies to animals. In this case the plaintiffs are five orcas (Tilikum, Katina, Kasatka, Ulises and Corky) living in tanks at Sea World in San Diego California and Orlando Florida. They perform in daily shows at the parks on opposite coasts of the country.

But the whales’ attorneys from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) claim they are “incarcerated” and treated like slaves because they’re forced to live in tanks and perform in shows. This amounts to slavery, according to the orcas’ PETA lawyer, Jeff Kerr. “It’s a new frontier in civil rights,” Kerr said. “Slavery does not depend on the species of the slave any more than it depends on race, gender, or ethnicity. Coercion, degradation, and subjugation characterize slavery, and these orcas have endured all three.”

That’s a whale of a statement! Sea World’s attorney said PETA is wasting the court’s time since the case defies common sense and goes against 125 years of case law applied to the Constitution’s 13th Amendment, which prohibits slavery only between humans. “Neither orcas nor any other animal were included in the ‘We the people’ … when the Constitution was adopted,” he told the judge.

Arguments went on for an hour and the judge didn’t indicate when he would rule, only that it would be at a later date. The whales’ attorney maintained a steady level of passion, calling it a historic day. “ For the first time in our nation’s history, a federal court heard arguments as to whether living, breathing, feeling beings have rights and can be enslaved simply because they happen to not have been born human. By any definition these orcas have been enslaved here.”

 Silence is surrounding us

Despite the fact that we are surrounded by sound, speech, and song we are rapidly descending into a silent world abandoning our status as a free people. Computers, television, radio, and the culture at large is taking away the seed of liberty from our heart, the message of freedom.  Only a people acting on the message of freedom can remain free.  While it is true that you might enjoy some political and economic freedoms you my friend are in bondage, as ever there was a slave was throughout history. With lightening speed people are accepting this engulfing silent world as willing lambs to slaughter, into the house of bondage and slavery.

 

Through the manifestation of modern chaos there are two characteristics, benchmarks one might say, which signify slavery: anonymity and ignorance. Tragically we are all on a lifelong march to being forgotten. Countless millions of forgotten, nameless people have vanished into nothingness along with their graves if they ever had a grave-marker at all. Men come and go without leaving a mark or trace.  Anonymity envelops man as a great loneliness.  Technocratic urbanization is intensifying the lot of slavery. Digging Up Dirt on Federal Census & Agriculture Census [including Survey's]

During the last couple of years many of you have been assaulted and barraged in your private homes by agricultural and federal census and survey takers.  These men and women were hired to to get as much information on you as they can and bring it back to the the ‘hive’.  At first these census’s and survey’s were in written form but over the last couple years they have been transformed into phone calls and people carrying GPS units plugging your location into their GPS units.  Under VS2015 census and survey workers could be engaging data surveillance to a depopulation operation.

To rid yourselves of this federal invasion you must:

  • Post a Constitutional NO TRESPASSING sign on your private property
  • Demanding hat each person accessing this information fill out a Public Servant Questionnaire
  • That each person accessing your private information provide to you two pieces of photo identification which will be copied
  • That all communication is authorized to be recorded for purposes of ensuring that the Constitution is upheld

Otherwise this federal invasion has seized the authority, via complacency, which they view as informed consent:

  • To inspect everything on your property to UN standards
  • To test everything on your property to UN standards
  • To vaccinate all life on your property to UN standards
  • To electronically identify all life on your property to UN standards

The USDA and APHIS are embarking in a new direction and mission that you will see unfold through the next three years.  Regulations from this point forward will be evolutionary.  They be continually changing and regulations that will be released in the next months seek to be free burdensome regulatory process.  Subtly and quietly forthcoming regulations will garner the authority to rid themselves of the “chains” of traditional accountability through the regulatory process.  By 2015, agencies will have set themselves up in essence, to become the gods of life and death.
