ACTION ALERT: No Food in America?
You live without water for only a few days….
You can live without food about a month……..
Then famine and starvation set in………………
And then you die……………..
What legislation is REALLY Important?
Where does food fit into your priorities?
The year 2009 was agreed upon to be the year to take down the food supply. It is in all the documents, black and white.
The DC House just passed an Omnibus: (now) Engrossed HR 1105. This passed the House in under 24 hours.
It is now in the Senate and expected to pass out TODAY unless YOU spend a little while on the phone, fax and email:
• Senate Ag Committee
• Members of the House who voted “yea” to pass her on through.
What is this Engrossed HR 1105 and how does if affect my food?
Engrossed HR 1105 will eliminate small farms and ranches across the country in a massive property grab. The only access you will have for fresh, nutritious and healthy local foods will be NAIS compliant farms and ranches who have agreed to register their private property, electronically identify their animals with the scientifically linked cancer RFID chip (tag) and agree to 24/7 surveillance and monitoring. Languages from state to federal basically say you can’t buy or sell without being NAIS compliant which includes a mark. Or you can choose the tainted foods currently being imported while we export our quality foods to other countries.
The bill includes:
• $129,180,000 for Animal Health Monitoring and Surveillance
• $14,500,000, an increase of$4,713,000, for the National Animal Identification System (NAIS)
Given this investment, coupled with the almost $128,000,000 that Congress has already provided for NAIS, APHIS is expected to make demonstrable progress with effectively implementing the animal identification system. Accordingly, APHIS is directed to meet the following species traceability objectives that are derived from the agency’s final 2008 animal disease traceability business plan:
Cattle: By March 1,2009, identify 30 percent of the nation’s cattle
population to premises of origin within 48 hours
Goats: By October 1,2009, identify 90 percent of goat breeding
herds to their birth premises within 48 hours of a disease event.
Poultry: By July 1,2009, achieve 98 percent traceability in the
commercial poultry industry through the identification
Sheep: By October 1, 2009, identify 90 percent of sheep breeding
flock to their birth premises within 48 hours of a disease event.
Swine: By February 1, 2009, achieve 80 percent traceability in the
commercial swine industries through the identification
Ask yourself the following question: How will the USDA-APHIS Agri-Agency attain such a high percentage of “compliance” by these dates when citizens have categorically rejected the NAIS and many states have passed NoNAIS law? (Under a half a million people nationawide have “volunteered”, many without their consent. Without consent, is that “voluntary”? The majority are PAID by the government to take a pro-NAIS position.
The answer is they are merging databases.
According to Public Disclosure the following databases will be mine-n-merge:
May 27, 2005, RD#1026, Confirmation and collection of premises Identification from the USDA includes extraction of a person’s information and put into the NAIS database through the following sources, without the person’s knowledge or consent:

In addition, APHIS is directed to meet the following program administration milestones that are similarly derived from the final 2008 animal disease traceability business plan:
APHIS Rule-making:
February 1, 2009:
Publish proposed rulemaking to consider establishing the seven-character PIN as the national location identifier standard and establish the “840″ Animal Identification Number as the single version for the numbering system.
February 1, 2009:
Incorporate the NAIS-compliant premises identification number format into existing Federal disease program activities.
By May 1, 2009:
Publish proposed rulemaking to consider using a premises identification number, in the NA~S-compliant format, for import/export facilities, the destination of imported livestock and the location of exported animals prior to the assembly.
Critical Removals
There is concern that APHIS removed a key outcome milestone from its final animal disease traceability business plan that assessed the agency’s progress on integrating tracking databases maintained by States and private organizations.
APHIS is directed to submit a report to the Committees that explains why the agency dropped this important milestone from its final business plan. APHIS is further directed to provide an update on its current progress with fully integrating the Animal Trace Processing System with non-Federal tracking databases.
APHIS is directed to submit a report to the Committees within one week after each of the milestone dates outlining the status of each species traceability objective and program administration milestone and the reason the deadline was not met.
Warrantless Raid’s and Searches for farmers and ranchers
Every Thursday for the past 6 Months, Government Officials have raided farms, homes, and businesses. Multijurisdictional men in black armed to the teeth with the latest in assault weaponry sometimes carrying a warrant and sometimes carrying more than brute show of force intimidate those about to be oppressed, farmers and ranchers who are providing YOU with food.
Stowers, Greg Niewendorp, Hixon, Miller, Griepentrog, Palmer
Add to the list if this becomes goat and chicken farmer:
My name for the Record is Celeste Bishop, and I refuse to comply.
If the 2% of farmers who grow your food are imprisoned and forced to give up farming or submit to biased international guidance organizations with tools such as NAIS, then the people living on this planet will have more to be concerned with than Global Warming, banking and the the economy, or Eco-Radical Re-Wilding Schemes.
You are considered GUILTY:
- Act of commission or
- Omission,
- Procures,
- Aids, or
- Abets
If you violate then you may be subject to a civil penalty, imprisonment, quarantine, and depopulation.
Aggravating factors: The department reserves the right to increase the civil penaltyassessed for a violation by up to $500, not to exceed $1000 per violation.
Circumstances may include:
Situations where the violator: “knowingly” commits a violation:
• Potential harm to humans, animals, or property caused by the violation,
• Current alleged violation to previous violations committed in the past 10 years,
Public Disclosure” Premises Registration

- Databases are being MERGED
- Premises Defined: January 2009
- Premises are NOT Constitutionally protected
Premises Identification Numbers (PIN): PIN is a nationally unique number assigned by a State, Tribal, and/or Federal animal health authority to a premises that is, in the judgmentof the State, Tribal, and/or Federal animal health authority, a geographically distinct location from other premises. The premises identification number is associated with an address, geospatial coordinates, and/or location descriptors which provide a verifiably unique location. The premises identification number may be used in conjunction with a producer’s own livestock production numbering system to provide a unique identification number for an animal (Animal Identification). It may also be used as a component of a group/lot identification number. Premises identification numbers issued on or after [Insert effective date of final rule] shall consist of a seven- character alphanumeric code, with the right-most character being a check digit. The check digit number is based upon the ISO 7064 Mod 36/ 37 check digit algorithm, and [by ‘voluntary' consent either by commission or omission the issuing authority claims the right to dictate what you can and cannot do on your property which also includes fees and permit costs]
If you do not ‘volunteer’ you will be issued a Premises ID
Thursday of course, H.R. 1105 is awaiting assignment to Committee in the Senate. It stands poised to allocate $289 million to APHIS for the implementation of the National Animal Identification System. It also outlines the time frame to implement in 2009 the tracking of 33 species.
An example: Poultry – “By July 1, 2009 – achieve 98% traceability in the
Commercial Poultry Industry…
That means if Murray McMurray sends you a chick – it had better be traceable from their end and you better trace it when it gets to your homestead. Think the cost of a Broiler is bad now? Think what it will be when every chick that leaves that plant will be accounted for.

The House managed to pass this “Omnibus 2009″ in 24 hours and we have no
reason to believe that the Senate will not as well.
What will you do?
We as living human beings do not go to the polls to elect officials to represent Multi-National Corporations or Lobbyists paid by groups attempting to get their piece of the pie.
THE LARGEST UNPAID LOBBIEST GROUP IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS SITTING IN THAT CHAIR IN FRONT OF THE KEYBOARD – YOU BELONG TO IT.
Contact the following Organizations – as many as you can this evening.
The first person to contact is AgSec@USDA, then your personal
Legislator. A partial list of email contacts is below to get you
started.
The message is simple:
- We don’t want, nor will we comply with the National Animal Identification System. We do not want H.R. 1105 out of Senate Committee.
- We want it stopped and stopped Friday 27, 2009.
Today is Freedom Friday – make it count.

[...] be a year of food collapse. That a power grab at international and corporate levels is going to force small farmers out of business and make it impossible for the average citizen to grow their own [...]
I’ve just scanned HR 1105 & cannot find reference to NAIS or the items outlined above. Please help … where did I miss it?
I agree with the other comments that we will soon be restricted from growing our own food and after that there will be shortages and famine when the corporations can’t supply enough food. They plan on issuing heavy fines for not complying which may confiscate your land. It is a big ploy to get your property.

We better not use the words in the national athem that say “land of the free” because we are no longer the land of the free!!!!!!!!!!!
