HEARING SCHEDULED: WSDA *Harm*onizes Global Pseudo Rabies Protocol

Pseudorabies in Swine

Chapter 16-80 WAC

Reasons why rules on this subject may be needed and what they might accomplish: The department proposes to amend chapter 16-80 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) to create a definition for feral swine and to bring the current language up-to-date with current standards as well as make it clear and usable. The department also proposes to change the name of this WAC to Swine Diseases Regulated in Washington State. These changes are necessary to ensure consistency among the animal health regulations and to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of the swine industry and citizens of this state.

10 Minute Citizen:  Prepare your Memorandum’s of Opposition

Remember that the WSDA use of the abused Emergency Clause (in red above) suspends the Constitution and your right to referendum! Once again the bought and paid for, de facto government swine folks, are attempting to lead your to contaminated food and dangerous international law.

Tell the WSDA ‘NOexpanding this pseudo rabies proposed regulation.

Say ‘NO’ to their use of the Emergency Clause.

Celeste
